If you talk to psychiatrists or even get a psych evaluation from nurses/doctors, I believe what they'll target here is "self-value". Whether you have it or if it's healthily applied. Either need to reframe belief, that you have core value, to yourself, to others. It's also said here than man is capable of truly selfless love, while a woman is not; male hamstering? it may largely be true but i hope most men here dont consider themselves so enlightened as to be capable of selfless love (realising their love has constraints)
