0	I have huge issues with motivation. I have realized there is a gap between what I want, and me taking action. I am more motivated by external validation than anything else. How do you even fix something like this? If you talk to psychiatrists or even get a psych evaluation from nurses/doctors, I believe what they'll target here is "self-value". Whether you have it or if it's healthily applied. Either need to reframe belief, that you have core value, to yourself, to others.
