Dude. So she's irresponsible. And a shit person to boot. I agree with all this. So, when she hits you up about the dog she abandoned; tell her no, she can't have it, he's in better hands and hang up (or block her, if she's like my ex who likes to play the victim and gaslight.) This whole "break up with him first then we can talk" is unnecessary and may have made you come off as desperate.

Hit the gym, focus on not derailing at work, eat well. Keep it simple, work some good self care into your life, and start building your life again. The advice to hit the gym cannot be overstated, really. I've gained about 22 lbs since last August, and I already had a decent frame to start with. But the difference in the way both men and women treat you when you're bigger and stronger is something difficult to comprehend until you arrive at it. Dudes defer to you readily... women especially build…

I didn't think that being high in openness and extraversion would be a bad thing tho. It's not a bad thing. But it does raise the probability that she could step out on you since she makes it that much easier to be hit on, and for one of those approaches to stick.

I was with this dancehall artiste who's also quite a high level sprinter (to the point where she's actually dropped the music to go full pro). And what's funny is that she hit me up first. Thankfully; that was only last year, and I already had built up a ton of wisdom as far as women go, etc. Long story short, I knew never to take her seriously... great in bed ngl, and she's fit as fuck... strong, long legs, defined abdominals, etc. But you couldn't trust her at face value unless you were a moro…

What happened to this sub honestly. The quality of comments and content has plummeted beyond belief since the last I was here. OP needs to cut out the cancer that is that chick and that stupid dude and focus on intensely improving himself to the point where it's exceedingly difficult for that dude to pull the same shenanigans with him. Add 25 pounds of muscle, grow his bank account, read a lot, travel and meet as many people as possible... just cut out the noise. This crap you dudes are recommen…

Appreciate this. Full disclosure, took a long hard look at a knife this past week wondering what the fuck was the point. If this is a typo; then it's one of the best I've seen. If it's deliberate; it still makes for an awesome double entendre

This. Like I replied to the dude above you; I know a dude with a fine ass wife. Her ass makes Eden Hazard look like a pancake... she has insane proportions. Know what the first thing you get told by different people (other men especially) when you ask about her? "She's fucking hot, but man, her husband is one bad motherfucker. Nobody messes with that bastard." Most of us have never met him, but one thing that's undeniable is that once that info gets conveyed; the huge majority of dudes immediate…

You never take an apology from a dude that does that. You cut them off and tell them to stuff it. Which brings me to something you already know; you never take an apology from a woman who does something like that too. For obvious reasons.

I wanna add "incel" to that list. The only folks that use that term are a) Older, bitter women trying to shame men for not desiring them, now that they're removed from their prime years b) Unspectacular men who either can't fathom the prospect of living free, and on their own terms; or simply lack the desire, finances, bravery even aesthetics for a life like that. Especially where women are concerned.

Adesanya is insane. Lose to the same guy 3 times and still come back for a potential 4th helping. In front of the entire world too. The sheer amount of guts, self-belief and mental strength it takes to do something like that is unfathomable. A man like that makes me feel ashamed that I won't take risks whose resulting failures will only pretty much impact me, and privately too.

Most turn lesbian, only to then become straight again once the right man comes along. Ain't this the truth. I cannot count the number of 18-22 year old chicks I've either smashed or dated whom I met in their lesbian phase.

Lemme fix this for you... Most men will fuck virtually anything as long as it is capable of quietly zipping up and leaving immediately after the deed is done, without the usual nagging, insistence on pillow talk and pointless "what are we, now that we've smashed" questions. It's why rich celebrities who could have any pussy for free smash escorts... because they leave immediately after, no questions asked

I smashed a BPD chick a few days ago... they're legit crazy. Like it's impossible to latch onto their train of thought and they contradict themselves every 30 seconds. She was adamant that I wasn't her type then was adamant that I was absolutely her type.... she said she'd never date me then almost immediately claims me as her own and shows me off to her friends... it's insane. I found 3 hours of so of pillow talk extremely exhausting. Never again

Dick size is mainly genetics man. Is all it is. I knew a dude in grade school who was average height, skinny fat and had very pronounced man boobs (the kind that needs surgery) yet when he whipped out his thing in the urinals; he had the most humongous dong in the entire school. No kidding, he was at least 8 inches at 13 y.o., easily, (although dicks do stop growing early) and the length wasn't even the most astounding thing about it; it was his insane girth. Yet you wouldn't have looked at him …

I have an old hard copy of "The Woodlanders". The book was written in 1837 I believe. So many similarities with regard to the hypergamy premise you just outlined. Giles Winterborne, our protagonist, is the out and out upright bloke... He's kind, gallant, chivalrous to a fault. He simps and doffs his hat for this chick endlessly, goes out of his way to see her and be her emotional tampon whenever she orders for him, which is often, and only when the other men in her life (her father among them) h…

Why are you wasting your time constructing a proper reply to this goof? He's a nihilist and very obviously hides behind the blackpill tripe, just like all the other cowards that do it. A simple "k" does just fine for the likes of him. Good on you for the gains you've made my man. I'm a couple of inches shorter than you at 6'0" and around 160... but I have really long arms (I have a 6'6" reach) and long legs for my proportions so I don't look filled out at all... Bro, just because your body is crap and you've got jowls and love handles and a gut spilling over your belt and onto your crotch doesn't mean the gym doesn't work for other people. You not getting any results (or love from chics) from that crappy boxercise program you joined 6 years ago doesn't mean others are failures like you. Get your nihilistic shit outta here and go to the blackpill sub. I wish they'd ban the likes of you honestly. Don't bring that blackpill nonsense here

Lol. Look at this fool. Gym does a fuckload! I knew a dude in campus who was a year behind me... had charisma for days but was on the skinny side. Then one year later I met him and he was jacked as hell... dude had spent the entire year pumping iron like a mad man and he'd packed maybe 35 pounds on his frame (noob gains are a fucking thing, people). Someone saw it fit to downvote this. I guess people just hate the truth unless it fits their narrative/perspective I guess. Myself I agree with this 100%... I've seen it work countless times. We can. But let's make something clear... If you let yourself go to fat and are rocking the dad bod with the beer gut by 32; college girls won't be too interested in you. You'll just be the creepy older guy. You have to keep in shape, moisturize, dress well, etc.

Any time my man. I see people on this sub try and rationalize away women's hypergamy and it blows my mind. It's the realest shit in the world and it's even deeper than TRP attempts at dissecting it. When you've had your buddy's wife, innocent looking and sweet as all hell, text you several pews from you in church, asking if you can at least let her suck your dick (and no, she never swallows, but she'll do it just for you) because you've turned down her every attempt at getting you in bed; you ab…

This is the right mindset to have. I've known TRP for 10 years going... I understand that marriage really isn't something a smart dude ought to do (especially with the shitty divorce laws) but I'll still get married several years from now. I know it could all crash and burn and that the wife will likely be annoying at times... but one bit of advice that straightened me out was something an in law told me, "you didn't grow up with your woman and have only known her for so long. I can relate to that last paragraph. I was a girl's Chad roughly 7 years ago. Sometime last year, I reached out to say hi, nothing more. She was married and pregnant with her hubby's child but 10 minutes into the convo, she was quick to let me know that immediately she had the kid, she wanted my seed asap. I didn't have to be involved or pay child support or even know what the child's name was... all I needed to do was knock her up and flee the scene, and she'd rope her hubby into raising the ki…

I'm going off on a tangent here, but I find it insane how boxers like Vasiliy Jirov used to train... he'd be dropped by a boat 6 miles offshore and would swim the whole way back... frequently. So many times he wanted to give up and die but he kept at it until swimming 6 miles in the ocean became relatively normal to him. Madness

Better yet, buy a bicycle and put miles on it. I'm only 29 but it's apparent just how much your knees get a beating from roadwork, especially as a taller guy. I'll concede that roadwork builds your legs like a mofo and is all you need to develop impressive calves, but it's not too practical for older, taller folks.

I like to laugh at blackpillers... It's one of my hobbies. Long before I discovered the blackpill - and I have told this story before - I met a guy in college with a hump in his back and a really small stature to boot... he must have been 5'4" with upright posture. I roll my eyes every time someone brings up that blackpill nonsense. I knew a guy in college who was like 5'3" and was a humpback, so he was more like 5'0" hunched down. But he had attitude for days, took the lessons of TRP seriously and carried himself like a fucking man. It rubbed off on you, just being close to him. You're totally correct. People may not like you all that much (actually they'll like you anyway... who are we kidding) but they'll admire you if you consistently show the bravery to say or do things that others wouldn't have the balls to. I once hooked up with a total stranger because she heard me tell someone over the phone, without bothering to lower my voice, to "scoop their brain off the floor and reattach it before talking to me." Be proud of yourself. The fact that you've put together consecutive days of sticking to a plan and improving, let alone consecutive months, already puts you above well over 90% of everyone. It's a lifelong journey, sure, but the greatest joy lies in the process... the grind. That's where 90% of all the good memories and warm, fuzzy feelings come from. One of the things I did right in my younger years was recognizing that I wasn't at all interested in being defined by my social circles, both in primary and high school and uni. The moment I left primary school, I cut off pretty much everyone bar two people; a childhood pal and a girl who was always incredibly kind to me. Upon leaving high school, I cut out everyone. The world's top chess players are all men... because we're better at chess than women. That said, you raise a point that's very valid... at least to myself. Victor Pride, back when he still ran his blog, used to implore young men everywhere to take the path of least resistance. My god. What happened to this space? People used to read and digest material before jumping on their keyboards. He didn't contradict himself. He thinks a man purely in pursuit of pleasure, with no other goal in place in life is degenerate, and he has respect for people who don't get married but dedicate their lives to other objectives in life and do not center their existence around banging broads. Seems reasonable to me. Now, whether I agree with him or not is another thing altogether.

Nihilism at its finest. Are people so dense as to think this outlook is red pill? I don't advocate for people to dedicate their lives to being in service to the world or be wholesomeTM or the rest of the bosh I see bandied around on Reddit. Be reasonably selfish... be a self-serving motherfucker and always put yourself first. But also understand that there's more to life than merely living for oneself.

I own a console. I play it about thrice a month on weekends and get back to grinding. I've also had abs since I was 15 and find time to cycle and lift every day. But I digress... There's a massive problem with people wildly overestimating their attractiveness and SMV. But what irks me the most is the "I want a man/woman who loves me just the way I am" gang... despite being 30 pounds overweight, badly dressed and slow as molasses in the head.

Truer words haven't been spoken. I've been reading Heartiste since the Matt King/GBFM/Rum days (I don't anymore because it got too racial and political... a necessary morphing, I think, but one I'm ultimately uninterested in) and it hit me a few days ago that I don't apply the teachings I've gleaned over the years enough. Especially the agree and amplify one. I'll be shit tested all my life, women being women, and it's easier on the mind to agree and amplify than it is being resentful about it.

I've lived that exact life you describe, and can relate to just about everything. Including women being attracted to "natural" looks more than they are "acquired" looks for some unfathomable reason, and women having a knack for sniffing out weakness, no matter how well masked it is. I'm fairly tall (about 6 foot even) and in good shape, albeit nothing too spectacular (I have broad shoulders, tiny waist, very toned all over and have had abs since I was 15... but I'm not super jacked or anything. …

Beginner gains are mad. I started working out with a modicum of seriousness the moment I left high sch (I was always athletic from a young age, and had a fair bit of muscle and tautness from years and years of basketball and exercise, but that was it). I used laughably light weights, staggered the reps and was only somewhat consistent. But 3 months down the line when I paid my old high sch a visit, all the biology teacher could talk to me about was how "massive" I'd become. She was a simple girl…

Someone brought up Eastern Europe as having this kind of dynamic to explain why men over there are so much more masculine and able to dismiss women easier compared to the typical American/Euro male. The majority of women over there are slender, don't have a million shit tattoos like American women do, dress reasonably well and are overall quite pretty (this latter one is easier for them since they maintain low body fat percentages. Fat affects facial appearance, and always in a bad way.) As such…

I've been figuring this stuff out on my own lately. For me, the all-important question has been, "How does this person/thing/pattern serve me?" If I can't find a true answer, or the ones I get are murky and only derived from a ton of reaching, I cut the thing/person off. You'd be surprised how much mental energy you expend from entertaining people and stuff that are not ideal for you and your mission. The greatest effect pushups had on me was they corrected my posture in ways I'd never have dreamed of. Before, I'd actively have to roll my shoulders back and stick my chest out to have proper posture. Also, my shoulders were ever so slightly slanted downward, left to right. Three months of a mere 50 pushups a day righted everything. Oh, and they blow up your triceps like a mofo.

The author, a man who goes by the name "Pook", outlines multiple TRP lessons in an ultra-lighthearted manner. The prose is simple and direct and the lessons in there, I've found to be true one hundredfold. I recommend the chapter "What all skinny guys should know" ... You know what they say... men are the real romantics, not women. Roissy loved to say that men "ought to behave more like women", in the sense that the latter are very self-serving and ruthless on so many levels. It's just their nature. Men could learn a thing or two from this particular feminine grounding. It pays to be selfish; to scheme with serious intent all while assuming the worst may very well happen.

Shambolic logic. DNA testing is a thing in Kenya. Thousands of clinics charge less than the equivalent of 200 dollars (20,000 Kshs) for it. The players (just like herself) are somewhat public figures. All she had to do was use the legal system to have them take part in a DNA test. Many women in the country have done this, aided by the massive women's rights groups in the country. When you're desperate for child support; you insist on DNA testing... you don't give false rape charges. All she was …

You're missing the point. She knows she would have been labelled a slut if she'd had a drawn out public DNA testing saga involving 2 guys who fucked her on the very day they met her. So she decided to accuse them of gang rape. A woman would rather fuck your life over by having you go to prison than admit the truth (that she's a slut) and risk being shamed. This is the sad reality for most men.

What most people fail to realize is that most rape victims would rather put a lid on their ordeals forever. The trauma/shame/humiliation is often far too much for them to relieve the whole thing again. Many counselors will attest to spending weeks trying to prise information from rape victims and even when they succeed; they have to move them along slowly so they don't fall apart. Rape victims certainly don't think it's cool to splash their experience all over social media... and they certainly …

Good on you, man. Just by taking the pill; I'd say you're ahead of at least 80% of men over there (at least the corporate white collar kind). Most of them are woefully blue pilled. Really makes a man sad seeing them cop all sorts of shit from women. It's only when you move to the more rural areas that you start really running into red pilled men with a very traditional outlook. Sadly; many of them lack real sophistication/money/status.... so they rarely go very far anyway.

"Through their lawyer Jimmy Simiyu, the two said they regretted the incident " When you add to this that they got 15 years it clears it up. You don't just get 15 years, become an example to others and admit remorse if you're innocent. You're a precious one. You literally cherry picked one sentence; one; and that "clears it up". You're dense as hell. When a sample size, however small, shows very clear trends in reactions/responses (which I'll cover in my 2nd point); do we just ignore this.. because apparently the sample size is small? You're being stupid here. Grow a brain. Most rape victims either put a lid on it, or try and keep it as quiet as possible. Why? Because rape comes with a lot of trauma. Compensation for the woman and no jail time seems like a far better outcome. This is remarkably silly. Do you have any idea how this whole thing developed? She plastered her allegations on social media a full month after she was allegedly raped (without bothering to go the legal route and report to the police first), then she gave a retarded reason as to why sh…

But sometimes. . . they don't even make it to 30. Sometimes? Mate... it's most times. Seeing as how most women allow guys to run trains on them throughout their twenties, and then guzzle alcohol like prohibition is due; I'm often amazed when I meet 29 year olds who still look fine. Their skin has usually gone to shit; they have little pot bellies they're trying to suck in; have a skinny-fat frame, Etc. It's usually the girls with very average faces and who've had to work on themselves from a you…

Must be hell. Growing up; I was mostly alright, but I was never outright the most impressive looking one in the extended group. I'd place 2nd/3rd at best but that was about it... . But I really wasn't very alpha; I was just an OK guy. If I hadn't been so good in schoolwork; I'd have gone under the radar for the most part. One of the greatest embarrassments I (and most of my class) had to endure was when, right at the cusp of joining high school, the two hottest girls in our class started dating …

See... you're right. But what's the point of speaking up in the first place? One of the greatest things I ever read was Roosh's recommended PDF compilation of Dalrock's very first ever (and now very defunct) Wordpress site. The PDF was called "The Solomon Group" (presumably, Dalrock named the site after King Solomon, who was infamous for his 1000 wives and concubines.) Roosh called him the greatest author you've never read. And that thing changed my view on approaching women/feminism completely.…

Pook covers this somewhat in his (in)famous Book of Pook, albeit he constructs most of his observations based on lifting gains alone. Basically, at 150 lbs and 6'3".... he was seriously popular with fat girls, as well as girls who were far from pretty. They'd hit him up all the time and even pushed IOIs hard on him. All other girls pretty much ignored him. Once he bulked up to 175 lbs; the cute girls began giving him eyes while the fat/unattractive girls' attention became significantly strained.…

I like to tell folks to watch all 6 seasons of Mad Men. Observe the dynamics Don Draper throws into gear just by how he rolls. One scene that's lived with me all this time involves Joan's (the curvy red head) sudden realization as to why Draper's never looked remotely interested in her, like every other male colleague in the Office.... "He's so handsome/high quality that he doesn't need to chase work place pussy to get some." A thing like that has to be a massive points multiplier in women's min…

I've noticed this too. Note that when you're all clammed up, nervous or just cluttered in the brain; you're gracefulness goes out the window. You get clumsier and less fluid in your expression. But when you're cool and centered - when you know exactly how you want things to play out and approach a situation with ease; you just switch through the gears.

His looks were decent enough, but he also wasn't a Calvin Klein model. I noticed he leaned on 3 crutches: The first, was that for a homeless guy, he kept himself incredibly neat. Clean, simple, flat-soled sneakers; simple, fitting stone-washed denim; clean hoodies/turtle necks, primarily dark fabrics and he cut his hair. You could tell he shopped at the thrift store... but he had taste and understood hygiene. The second was that he carried a (banged up) guitar with him, and was reasonably good a…

Yes. Heartiste preaches this. I've seen people deny it... I even debated his viewpoint in the earlier days. Yet, you can't deny there's an instant respect which develops once you watch a guy who didn't seem all that clean up with beautiful women on the regular. I remember this homeless guy a few years ago - youngish dude - who'd banged something like 430 women as a homeless guy. And most of them were well-tuned sub-25 chicks. Basically, he'd approach women and offer sex for a roof over his head …

Heartiste put it best.... the best measuring stick for whom an 'alpha' is, is not the scale of his acts of valor or even his mastery over other men... but how many women he's been with and how heavy his draw on the opposite sex is. That he is good looking, rich, charming, an arsehole, Etc. or not doesn't matter. A perennially broke 5'8, 292 pound endomorph with stringy hair that finds a way to regularly bang hot girls very much qualifies as an alpha.

She wouldn't understand it if you told her that 10 years from now; you'll be just like she was when she was 19/20... that you're about a full decade away from hitting your prime (looks-wise, financially, and in just about all other ways). In fact; she'd likely report you to HR for misogynistic views... or something.

I would not have believed you had you told me that 13 years ago when I was reading “the game” and trying to learn pickup. I was hoping I’d be able to kiss a few girls and maybe fall in love someday. Tell you what... "The Game" by Neil Strauss was was what led me to TRP. When I read it at 21/22; I knew fuck-all about pick up and TRP as a whole. Nothing. I was fruity beyond belief at the time, and my idea of wooing chicks was to impress them with gifts and remark at how lovely they were. An older …

See, that's the thing... all that talk about girl power but most of these 'ladies' - when all is said and done - rarely ever have the most important bases covered. Some of them are still lugging large amounts of student debt around by their 40s, and their savings are almost non-existent. Very shameful. Even knowing everything else, like the fact that she's been a cum dumpster for over a decade and is washed up in just about every aspect; why would any sane guy marry a 35 y.o female and take up t…

It's crazy how well men age, and how fucking awfully women do. By 28-32; the dynamics are pretty much overhauled from what they used to be at 19-21. By 37 y.o, the man is almost like a god (if he's looked after himself well and avoided marriage). The 37 y.o woman, on the other hand is... well; most men worth their salt refuse to take her seriously. I think college often presents accurate mirroring of how life unfolds. As a freshman; you're struggling to get attention, unless you're exceptional o…

I’m bookmarking this. My dude, reading this at 26, and having been lucky enough to discover the Redpill early enough to steer clear of the usual bluepill shenanigans like the marriage trap; a trap that seems to have snapped up all of my peers, this is gold. I feel like I’ve been looking for this, even though it seems obvious enough, and I’ll give it a proper go (though it will be way easier for me since I barely drink and smoke.) One thing I’d like to point out is that even though you wrote this…

A few points here: One, the HB9 & HB8 claims are likely a bit of bosh. They almost always are, what with everyone claiming to have pulled a HB8/HB9 at some point. What I do is subtract 2.5/3 points from the HB claim. For example, OP’s HB9 was likely a dolled up 6.5 with a cute face, who happened to have a dress on that complemented her petite figure. The ex was likely a 5.5/6, with a slightly less cute face, a lesser taste in threads, and a slender figure. I’m not saying this is the absolute tru…

It's very clear he meant they were hot "relative to the rest of the brood their age". He isn't so stupid as to declare there are hot 52 year olds that will compete with tight 19 year olds. Why is it that some of you have to have everything broken down to the finest grain of explanation? Is it so hard to think and figure out what someone really means?

It’s amazing how the lad who posts his replies using a fake name is the one calling the guy who has the balls to post using his real identity “insecure”. Wait…you are an alpha? I am yet to see any valid alpha spend/waste his time in a back-and-forth with somebody else, on an internet forum no less, for no apparent reason. At least Dada is clear as to why he’s replying to you- he’s building his online rep; intends for his replies to attract the 0.5% Reddit population that he believes are actual alphas and so on. This...it's such straightforward, almost-obvious advice to implement and yet so many men out there are blind/deaf to it. To add to it, understand how LLCs work; having a significant bit of your net-worth bound in an LLC may save you a whole lot of grief in the long run. Awesome advice Dada, as always.

Are you super selective in what you read or do you devour everything you come across? What are the greatest 3 books you’ve read (I’d struggle to answer this one myself)? Do you read any religious text too? I had a collection of L Ron Hubbard’s Scientology books sometime back; I wanted to see what the fuss was. There’s a lot of nonsense and bosh within; some “facts” are straight up lies and the overall “Thetan” angle he pushes is utterly absurd, but a few things are also straight up common sense.…

I’ll use the Sophia Loren example to show you why I think you’re totally off the mark with that facial ranking of 3. Actually, you’re just wrong about being ugly at all. How many 43 year olds look like you do? Hell, I’d be glad to look like that at 43. Sophia Loren was a clear 9 in her heyday. A mighty mean ranker might have slapped an 8.5 rating on her. If she was ranked feature for feature however, she might have had a hard time cracking 5/10. I’d say she might have collected a string of 4s. H…

Dada, how in heaven do you qualify as ugly? It’s a genuine question. Have you seen your Facebook pictures? The other day when you were replying to that girl on the concept of the wall, I seriously considered replying and telling her to take your claim of being “old and ugly” with bucket of salt as your Facebook had a different story to tell. I’ve been called handsome since I was 15; I’m used to having women act all awkward when I walk in and I’ve had countless propositions from gay men (they all…

You mean an over-emphasis on style over substance, Dada? There’s something Roosh Valizadeh said that I agreed with (The trouble with Roosh, I feel, is that the ethos he subscribes to lacks fluidity; he’s too wedded to a limited way of thought and as such, way of expression.) But this one thing he said: I agreed with it 100%. He said that the trouble with the Red Pill today is that rather than the membership aspiring to be “more like Biggie and Pac, everyone almost to a man is creaming himself to…

It was the women that dabbled with the dark arts that got the stake treatment you nonces- the witch types- and this was clearly for the betterment of society no less.
