Yeah western countries are far too immune to a societal shake up anymore. What I think is more likely to happen is more men will just withdraw. They'll live in a shitty flat, work retail and play video games. The impacts of this won't be felt immediately, but like slow poison it will erode the QOL over a period of time.

I think it really comes down to a "low value male" having a shot in the market, age gap is just the shield so they don't sound petty. They don't want to notice an "unattractive man" existing, even if it means he perpetually suffers in loneliness. To them, it "normalises" a pairing where even the attractive woman lowers her standards, which means even they may have to. Of course, that's a huge no no.

Yes there's actually very little correlation between one's sex and their views on abortion as opposed to upbringing, religious views, etc. The framing of pro life sentiment is flawed too, because they do earnestly believe that a developing fetus is a life. Jumping in late to say you're correct. I'm in NZ, it's legal, safe and regulated here. Go to any moderately decent parlour, and all the girls get tested every month. High end places are always women working high powered corporate dayjobs doing sex work over the weekends/holidays. They can turn you down for any particular reason, but usually won't.
