No, because sperm is cheap and eggs are expensive. The reproductive cost(s) are low for males and really high for females so females have evolved to be extremely selective in mate selection whereas males aren't. I.e. men who are addicted to crack don't get laid whereas women who are crackwhores actually have men paying to have sex with them. Strange example I know. An example of female nature vs male nature in mating.
