I disagree that's it's harder. I'm in a relationship but not always and most of my lifestyle stays the same. meal prepping and tidying can easily be done during the weekend. I workout nobody thinks I stand less of a chance than some random married guy. Yes about social events but really you can and should get a hobby. A hobby that leads you to being healthier, wealthier and wiser
