Struggling right now, gents. I just need to get this off my chest. How would I join, I’m look for any advice. This system is bullshit… especially where there are rights and plenty of policy and research on false allegations. Mine involved custody and divorce, but still other reason too. | /r/MensRights | 10/11/23 08:32 AM
Male domestic abuse victims 'suffering in silence'Let’s just say that I did not know any of this shit six months ago and now that I know and I’ve learned a lot about the criminal process and all this, rights, policy policy, police violatikns( civil rights, due process, malicious prosecution, Brady violation, policy) goes on. But DA is allowing it, they picked on the wrong person. They also labeled me as a race I’m not quite… pretty sure discrimination played a role. Again, this happened to me, lot of evidence, not actually injury, I’m sure it’s… | /r/MensRights | 10/11/23 12:13 AM
Male domestic abuse victims 'suffering in silence'I was referred to this layer by my civil attorney office, and he retired and I was his last client. Took my money and ran, wouldn’t even write the judge after the case, when she committed perjury, changed what she actually told the police clearly on body cam My post conviction relief attorney, kind of knows the guy … so post conviction. Relief is something that any wrongfully convicted person needs to know. | /r/MensRights | 10/11/23 12:07 AM
Male domestic abuse victims 'suffering in silence'Besides, my lawyer, not doing his job and taking a good chunk of money, the police would not investigate and include anything in the report, and I have never been in this situation and didn’t realize how much I was supposed to fight. I’ve learned a lot. Currently seeking Post Conviction Relief for my bad lawyer now seeking evidence, not questioning, like I think he wanted me to lose almost… The makeup was a fingertip size dab, that went black 2 hours after a shower before she met with police… be… | /r/MensRights | 10/11/23 12:03 AM
Is there any way to truly protect yourself from false accusations?Facts and evidence are key, make sure police look into them. Police are supposed to look and investigate and turn over exculpatory evidence… hold them accountable to do their job and follow the law and your rights! | /r/MensRights | 09/11/23 11:10 PM
Struggling right now, gents. I just need to get this off my chest.May need to realize they need to make sure that the police investigate and turn in every single piece of evidence or information related to the relationship over how many years it doesn’t matter. Don’t let the police frame the report to what they want the prosecutor to know . Not only is at dishonest it’s actually illegal. | /r/MensRights | 09/11/23 10:08 PM

Struggling right now, gents. I just need to get this off my chest. It’s ducks up your life. What is falsely convicted and just to let you know the false conviction was because the police did not investigate or include evidence to the prosecutor . Which is a violation of your civil rights and their policy but they can say that if you don’t pointed out a trial that it’s OK for them to do it. You don’t have to answer the police, but you do have to make them be accountable for investigating and supplying the prosecutor with all the facts, not just what they want to… | /r/MensRights | 09/11/23 10:07 PM
How Can a Man Protect Himself From False Accusations? As someone who’s actually fighting the system, be aggressive about the police reports and investigations. I realize that the police not investigating is just as bad as you being guilty… No matter what you do you better make sure that the police investigate every situation surrounding your relationship. Make sure that they give you all the evidence and that they are collecting evidence and they’re not trying to hide it or withhold it from the local prosecutor. It is the duty of the police to make… | /r/MensRights | 09/11/23 10:01 PM
How Can a Man Protect Himself From False Accusations?I am going through a divorce and custody, and my ex-wife a month before our custody and divorce trial went to the police and said that I punched her. It was clear that she had no injury, and she used a little bit of make up to put a dab on her eye, but the police refused to investigate refused to put all the past instances of the police being called on her . They even lied in there. Police report about me, admitting to a motive. She tried to use it as a way to get custody, but she didn’t realize… | /r/MensRights | 09/11/23 10:00 PM
