To be honest not really. Locker room talk is only hurtful if it’s said from a place of genuine malice and isn’t funny, that’s the difference. Trump’s “ghbtp” quote is vulgar and gross, but then Shane Gillis’ locker room banter is hilarious because it’s usually said from a place of “that’s funny, I want to cross that boundary but idk if I should”, not “these people hurt me in the past, I want to really lay into them”. That’s just spiteful.

Yeah dude you get it now :). Anytime you feel shame, it’s because someone has told you how you should feel about yourself and you believed them and internalized it. It’s a very child-like emotion because shame will have you see the world in a very black and white way - you’re either all good or all bad (and should be ashamed of yourself), not a complicated human being with a mix of positive and negative traits.

Dude you can’t reason with these people. Just get out of that weird bubble, stop associating with those toxic people and make some new friends because those people sound fucking stupid. To put this in perspective (and without getting racist) we don’t hold any other group in society (minority or not) to this weird standard. We only hold men because there are a few women out there who are very mentally ill (similar to a racist who says that all bl4ck people are inherently X or Y) and are looking t…

I’ve had it at work - was pretty wild actually. One of my bosses talked about how “only a man could fuck up this bad”.

Firstly, you’ll come to find that most “feminists” are actually kind of dumb. Doesnt mean that they aren’t decent people and you can’t be friends with them, but they aren’t smart. There are many smart feminists out there, but the ones who have extremely radical and hateful views are really fucking stupid and hypocritical. All you need to do if visit a feminist subreddit, is so toxic and gross. But if your friends try to make you feel shame because you’re a man, they’re not your friends. Why are …

Yeah obviously that rhetoric from incel communities is fucking disgusting. The difference is that those memes remain banished to god forbidden parts of the internet where only basement dwellers lurk. If they were to make any mainstream appearance, they would be shut down immediately. They are memes made by sad chuds online who have no power or influence over politics - but they are being taken advantage of by influencers on the internet who also don't have any real power On the flip side many of…

I respect what you have said, I'm not sure I agree with it so I'll try to respond as best I can: As someone who was deeply involved in red pill and the manosphere and watched hours of the whatever podcast, the fresh and fit podcast and other misogynstic podcasts, I can assure you that much of their content is framed as a "war against feminism", therefore it's literally a fact that they exist purely because they don't like feminism. I don't think feminism is blameless either - the fourth wave and…

I've just come out of a relationship, which ended due to distance unfortunately. It was really healthy and amicable, just very hard to maintain over a long distance. But with her it's more a difference of values - neither of us had particularly high body counts. We were both around the 10 mark (judging from her values and conversations we've had about her past relationships). I once did ask her what she felt about the body count topic once about a year ago. She said she felt it was a weird proxy…

Just left the internet part out of what I said but sure. What the fuck are you talking about? Kill all men isn’t even a joke, it’s literally just a sentence. Dark humor needs to have humor in its, otherwise it’s just a gross ugly statement. An actually good dark joke would be: “men are so great at running society that their fellow man would rather kill themselves than live in it”

That's interesting. I think being on either extreme is a potential red flag. I don't want to date a virgin. I want to date someone with similar sexual experience as me.

A lot of this red-pill stuff tends to starts with young men (18-25) who have started going clubbing and are trying to work out "how to get laid". However it tends to keep men with low self-esteem. As an ex red piller, I can assure you that my gravitation towards this space was entirely driven by low self-esteem, my confusion about the modern dating marketplace and how to find a partner. Don't fear, most well-adjusted men move on from the space when they realise that most of these red pillers are…

Fair enough, and happy that you're happily married. It's something I personally care about because I saw many friends at University who were extremely promiscuous (male friends but also female friends from time to time) also were very mentally unstable. I do believe the correlation exists but obviously doesn't apply to yourself or OP. I doesn't make you worthless or irredeemable, but I believe it warrants further discussion to understand what prompted it, do we align on values, do we want the sa…

Look dude I can tell that you didn't like what I said below and fair enough. For what it's worth, having a high body count doesn't make you irredeemable, or worthless, it's simply something that I believe warrants further investigation and therefore matters to an extent. When I was at College, the vast majority of people (men more than women but often women as well) that were overly promiscuous had either low self-esteem, were deeply insecure or were otherwise somewhat mentally unstable. However…

I mainly find it to be a reaction to 21st century internet feminism. The problem was that there was an overwhelming focus on helping women deal with historical oppression to try to “level the playing field”, and it led to men feeling like they were being told to take a backseat role in society and therefore feeling dejected and resentful. Slogans like “the future is female” and “kill all men” and “believe all women” were an entirely emotional and braindead way to try to get men to care about the…

I’m a Gen Z man and I’ll totally disagree with you on this. I watched that jubilee episode and honestly I was pleasantly surprised with how many had clearly broken out of the manosphere cult. If you ask how I came to this conclusion, it’s mainly because many of their views had more nuance than I was expecting. I was red pill, got therapy, came out the other side on many issues and got clarity on why I believe the others. I still care about body count because I know for a fact that high body coun…

The problem with this theory is that saying "most women have been pressured into heterosexuality" therefore "most women could be gay" is not really a valid line of reasoning. Forced heterosexuality might explain why the numbers identifying as gay could possible be higher, but that doesn't explain your original point of "heterosexuality is not for for most women" despite almost every census poll showing the opposite. It's just a massive leap to make. If the data says that 85% of women in the US i…

Given that the vast majority of women identify as heterosexual according to basically every consensus poll ever conducted (the rate of LGBTQIA+ folk as whole group is 9.3% and 85% of women identify as hetero according to https://news.gallup.com/poll/656708/lgbtq-identification-rises.aspx), it is definitely not doubtful. Though if you're on reddit/social media, it would appear to be most women because so much of the misandrist shit gets pedalled on algorithms.

It depends on what you mean by terms like "heteroflexible" because these articles suggest that most women have experienced same-sex attraction on some level NOT that they are bisexual. I've had a gay thought once or twice in my life, but I am more sexually attracted to women and therefore don't actively pursue relationships with men. Therefore I am straight. If a woman experiences attraction to a woman on some level at some point in her life BUT is generally speaking more sexually attracted to m…

A lot of what you're talking about comes from the paradigm of pop-culture feminism (which has received little to no pushback other than from fringe extreme ideologies like incels and redpill). You're probably associating in only left wing circles and therefore have developed this view comes from. If you personally have a lot of bi/lesbian friends all that means is that you're in an abnormally left wing circle (which is fine). Most of those citations you've used are either from low quality pop cu…
