Although I don't have any sources I would not recommend searching for answers that way. Loaded questions tend to lead to loaded answers. Moreso look into feminism origins and see what links it to communism then build from there.

Unfortunately in some countries in the west it's now possible to cancel a pre-nuputial during divorce proceedings if the woman can prove she was signing it under duress (so if she believes the man would not marry without it, so she signs it to get married anyway). If court systems would treat women like adults with responsibility rather than children to be catered to then this agreement is rock solid and should be default in marriages in my opinion.

It's not written "more women get depressed than men." It says "more women get depressed than men because of hormones". Women get depressed because they have no control over their own body and refuse to live healthy whereas men get depressed over the constant punching down by society and others around them. Women can take a pill, eat and live healthy and a lot of them will get better but there's no pill that takes away the onslaught of negativity brought upon young men today.
