What benefits?

We disagree. It also poses unnecessary risk. I'm on mobile but search this sub.
/r/MensRights10/02/17 04:37 AM

Totally unnecessary risk. European men have clean dicks. It isn't hard to keep clean unclipped. The benefits of circumcision are really overblown. It also takes away the agency of the baby. If you want to clip yourself, make the decision when you're old enough
/r/MensRights10/02/17 04:19 AM

You're misinformed. There's a reason European doctors say it is unethical

People don't get this. There's also power dynamics at play, usually.

Can you explain what each of these terms mean?
/r/MensRights07/01/17 09:22 PM

Why would I deny that? She is, but I forgot the story. Don't be so defensive. My question was a question not an argument.

if my calculation is correct, the z score is -15.2177 It's very, very, very, very statistically significant. In other words, you would expect a result this extreme by chance less than .001 percent of the time

I will look into that later if i remember

Yes, that is true. But he had a defense lawyer. He is most likely guilty. Evidence supports that. We should instead be treating the two guys who stopped him (cis white males, also, by the way) as the posterboys of the sub, not this rapist.
/r/MensRights12/06/16 12:08 AM

Ok. You're making the leap here by suggesting that since the Quran doesn't encourage or excuse rape, that feminists shouldn't have an issue with Islam (which is what this topic is about). By the way, I realize I'm pointing out the Quran's issues here. Don't think that I'm ignorant of the Bible's issues just because I'm not bringing them up. I know there are plenty.
/r/MensRights11/06/16 01:23 AM

And you really think the Quran promotes equality between men and women?

Let's not try to make brock a poster child of mra... he's an asshole and should be punished more.

this isn't the case. I explain things better in discipline-specific language than lay language, though I can summarize for the lay public. Those lay explanations are never as precise, though Also, this is a dissertation. The journal article that she publishes from it will be about 10 pages.

he was hard = not rape? then by that logic... She was wet = not rape???
/r/MensRights04/01/14 03:47 AM

I also think men (and women) accused of rape should not have their names plastered all over the newspapers even if he's (or she's) found not guilty, the stigma sticks with him for a lifetime

'revolting' the student would find the female revolting sure, I'd have given an arm and a leg to fuck mrs. andrelucci in high school... but I knew some girls who would have done the same for a go at mr. sharpe. hell, if we could we would have pursued it actively that doesn't mean I'd have been happy with mrs richards forcing me to have sex. she was revolting and I wouldn't have consented.

It's very, very interesting and an interesting direction. The term muscle 'memory' still bothers me, but the point comes across nicely. I'm waiting for enough evidence to come through so the textbooks can change (or not, depending on the science. Some may have already but I haven't come across it). I'm not too sure/convinced (yet) that myonuclei make such a significant difference where the impact on the person in the OP's picture would benefit to a great extent. I know from personal experience t…

I'm a physiologist and I'm being technical. It shouldn't be called muscle memory because it has more to do with the motor units than the muscle fibers by themselves. Perhaps we should stop using the terms 'muscle memory' and 'muscle confusion' and do away with bro-science Initial gains are vast because it is extremely easy to provide an overloading stimulus. The motor units also develop rapidly, leading to large initial strength gains that have diminishing returns over time.

it's neurological
/r/MensRights14/08/13 04:55 AM

that's not true. reversibility. use it or lose it. muscle atrophy is a bitch
/r/MensRights13/08/13 06:05 PM

'muscle memory' is not a thing. what you're referring to is neurological development and that accounts for (some) strength gains but has little to nothing to do with weight loss, improved muscle mass, etc.
