I'd like to add that if you see anyone nervous around or doing an exercise wrong that might injure them, step up and help them out. 1	Start A Meditative/Repetitive Morning Routine Well depends on how fucked your sleep schedule is, I used to sleep 4-6hours and wake up fucked up. Did this for years and grew accustomed to it. 1	Before, During and After Red Pill I thought of that as well but I forgot to mention when she came over she still said it again and told me to not try anything. I still had protection just in case but pretty much after being told 3 times not to try anything I din't go for it. Also she having Old parents + being raised on a strict Catholic~Christian religion lifestyle I decided not to push my luck.
