I've spend couple hours on seddit and can already feel a difference. | 9 | How to start with maintaining eye contactI try to maintain eye contact when i converse with people, but after staring for 5-10 seconds, i feel intimidated, and look away as i talk. and then i go back to eye contact.... i cannot seem to keep a steady eye contact during a conversation...
