Study - page 13, second column, 3rd bullet point It was 81 cents in 2011. Wiki Study - says the figure right in the introduction. In 2012, it was .77 again. The 25-40% wage gap shows it for all full time across the board, whereas the 5-10% controls for each field. The 5-10% statistic shows that once hired, the discrimination is smaller. I was under the impression that different groups faced different types of oppression and prejudice in their daily lives, depending on factors like where they live, among other things.
