In some states the age of consent is higher for relationships between minors and people in positions of authority. Relationships do change the circumstances of an action. Just because something is immoral doesn't mean it should be illegal. Give me one reason why crime should be illegal then.

On rape: it is a shame how poorly cases like that can be handled, but a lot of the injustice can’t be blamed on any system. It’s an intent based crime. You have to prove there was intent(or rather lack of consent). Meaning you have to prove a state of mind. This is extremely difficult...for both parties. However I have seen cases where there’s clear bias involved, but that’s not exclusive to women. Mary Kay Fualaau Debra Lafave Pamela Rogers Bias swings both ways. Seeing it as benefiting only me…

By your logic no would is responsible for anything they do. You’re forgetting that if the brain or computer isn’t working as it is expected it gives different outputs. In a program’s case it would be bad code. In the brain it’s a mental disorder. Sure the output is the response of input, but the same input won’t get the same response from every computer and ever brain. Maybe you’re argument is that biology acts like the programmer but you don’t think the programmer is responsible for the output …
