Yep I made improvements a while ago but had success and failures. My own fault as I need to OYS at all times not float in and out but making a fresh start. Not for her but for me, Thanks for the good advice bro that’s some positive feedback I can take away and use

Not judging but agree your mind is all over the place at the moment. After listening to Jordan Peterson Desroy Cathy Newman I looked up allot of his stuff. He talks allot about consistently writing stuff down to make goals in gym life etc also makes your mind more manageable. It really helped me anyway. He is a badass too and sits on a throne of Redpills!

Back before I was settled and my wings weren’t clipped I had a good amount of success with pickup I would swear by RSD and go to RSDnation allot less gimmicky lots of free videos and advice and you will see allot of similarities between here RP and OYS etc

I think both are good and always better than nothing at all. I use both as I live out in the country I do pay to swim and deadlift somewhere commercial I also think bonding with other men bettering themselves (no homo) is also good. But I do love my crappy cold as shit garage. Which Is Just a space with a punchbag I train basic and then sprint up the steep hill near my house 3 times after. I like how there is no excuse and the idea of getting up hungry cold and moody going in putting some music …

Going through a similar transition I think it will take time for her to unlearn that she has any kind of leeway with you as you are going to be the alpha male you almost need time yourself for your new belief system to set in and get in the process of believing it yourself.. other women will start to be interested make sure you flirt with them mainly to fuel your new found belief in yourself you are a man with options not to be treated like a mug
