Well, while you are correct in that this isn't ppd, I don't think it's accurate to lump op in with all the other woman hating incels that've invaded the sub. He seems more uneducated, as opposed to just spewing hate for the opposite sex. He made an observation about her voice which was completely accurate and posted to what he thought was the right sub. It's fine to point out their error, but such crass rudeness may even push op, or others away from this sub and has quite frequently in the past.…

Well now I dunno. That's what the Brits did to Australia, and in spite of everything on that island trying to kill them, they turned it into a pretty okay country.

Alright. Since so many people seem to be confused about wether or not this officer is in the wrong, I decided to do some detective work. I opted against digging into the people on the video just for the sake of privacy, however that little pip in the top right corner says 5abc koco. One search later I now know that comes from abc channel five, Oklahoma city. I asked the obvious question next. "can you be arrested for refusing to sign a ticket in Oklahoma?" Anyway, here's OKCs website. https://ww…

If he whent for an arrest it means an arrest was required in his state. Signing the ticket is a validation that you will appear in court to either admit or dispute the citation made. By refusing to sign the court has no verification that she will show up. Which is why so many states require people be detained for refusing to sign. He wasn't escalating by going straight for the arrest, he was doing what he was trained to do. she escalated the issue by refusing to leave the vehicle and then drivin…

I mean unless you know which state he's in that doesn't matter but go off, chief. He wouldn't have arrested her for refusing to sign if it wasn't illegal in his state. This isn't a show of dumb cop being dumb. My guy was doing his job. And was extremely polite about it all the way up until he had her in the car, explaining what she did wrong and everything.

Defective equipment got her the ticket. I'd assume if she knew about it for 6 months (which is why he said he wasn't giving her a warning), it was probably a dead or busted light. As for what law she broke, refusal to sign is a misdemeanor offense in the US. Which commonly results in an arrest and a long talk at the station, but not always a criminal charge. She got dragged to the ground because she drove off which was fleeing a traffic stop and, because of her refusal to sign a traffic citation…

Beeeecause the American porn industry, as well as its counterparta in most of europe, are now extremely strict and specific in how they operate? They don't just look at some dude on the street and say "hey, you wanna get paid to get laid?" you gotta go through background checks and health screenings and all sorts a shit to make sure you're not spreading herpigonasiphilaids to the rest of the studio you're with.

I mean it's a court in Chattanooga. If they're anything like Robertson County, I'd say it's about a 50/50 chance the judge has a bias. But that's Just from dealing with one strict judge and one really loose one so admitedly I don't have much experience with the issue

Oh yeah, no. I don't doubt for a fucking second that the school is full of shit. I think a comment on that first link put it best, but I'll paraphrase. If the court the school is going through is worth their salt, the school should be punished for not being properly equipped to handle the kid.

I can definitely understand that. But I wouldn't call it so much wishful thinking. I mean, she did think she would get away with it. Otherwise she wouldn't have done it. And thanks to the way divorces are normally handled, that could have certainly been true. I suppose I misworded my last comment. And I apologize for that. Hell I may still not be quite explaining myself well lol

The California state lottery commission confirmed that Denise Rossi won the money on December 28 1996 - 11 days before she filed for divorce from Thomas Rossi after 25 years of marriage. The superior court judge, Richard Denner, said Ms Rossi violated state disclosure laws and acted out of fraud or malice. In court papers, she admitted to concealing her winnings because she didn't want her former husband "getting his hands on them". Mr Rossi found out about the winnings more than two years after…

Bro that may be the case, from a more moral standpoint, on the mental side of pedophilia. But that isn't the case in a legal standpoint, where the generally accepted definition is- the attraction, or sexual interest, in a minor. Legally, it doesn't fucking matter what side of prepubescence the victim falls on. If they're under the legal age of consent where you live, and you're above the legal age, don't fucking touch them.

Debating idiots is rather like trying to play chess with a pigeon; it knocks the pieces over, craps on the board, and flies back to its flock to claim victory. Edit: a word
