Honestly the point is moot considering male dominated jobs like factory work, mining etc are increasingly being outsourced while female dominated industries like teaching and nursing can’t be. Equality and progress is coming whether you like it or not

I think men should advocate for safer work environments as well as women advocating for better pay in female dominated industries. Just because something is statistically more likely doesn’t make it right
