None of the single mothers I know had exes who filed for custody in any way, shape or form. None of them make it on time every week to pick up their kids for parenting time. Again, it's illegal to trade sex for goods (or in this case rent) in most States. The "I will make you leave" vs "I'm kicking you out" semantics wouldn't stand in court.
