1	How I bend reality to live each day to the fullest I really like this philosophy, not only for picking up women but for life in general. I've definitely started noticing myself become uninhibited by my thoughts (used to have terrible anxiety) and the personal mental barriers I've overcome have really changed my outlook on life. This is fantastic, as someone who's recently learned about anxiety I really do have problems focusing on the present and staying out of my head.
