| 1 | HUELYou'd be better off going keto carnivore and just eating 1-2lbs (.5-1kg) of ground/minced beef every day. Better vitamin and mineral bioavailability, not eating industrial oils, PUFAs low-grade plant proteins, or other frankenfoods. Just good old-fashioned ruminant.
