Are you fashionable, muscular, lean, well groomed, white teeth, good haircut, etc? Because I bet you arent

I was stalking you because you replied to my post earlier. I was also raised by a single mother and I've dealt with similar issues. I'm better at the whole giving/receiving shit thing but I struggle with other ways of connecting with men.

So anecdotally, my last gf had a good relationship with her father but she was a shallow minded gaslighter who had some kind of deep seated insecurity. This caused her to be crazy/psycho. I don't know all of my current girl's baggage but her parents seem to be split up and she hasn't talked much about her father. So far she seems sane and stable

Thank you!! I'll add it to my reading list

I guess I don't expect perfect, but I need to calibrate my standards to be both realistic and high enough to match my high self respect

Hey, funny you mention that book! That's the one I plan on picking up at my library soon. I do need to work on being truly vulnerable and letting myself love someone else. I'm also really picky and I've been blaming that for my lack of deep connections for too long

It's always so funny when I see someone who thinks they are "above" being an animal. I have a college degree, work a nice technology/development job, and read in my spare time. I also lift weights for an imposing physique. It has completely changed how men and women treat me(for the better). People are absolutely just apes, even the intelligent ones. Some of our wiring is almost impossible to override. The faster you accept this and stop living in a delusional idealistic world the more success y…

Lmao you need to make time to lift my dude. Take time from vegging out on video games and TV. There is no better thing you could be doing for yourself during that time. Men and women treat you way differently(better) when you have muscle mass, and when you are also fairly lean

Your beliefs about women are becoming a self fulfilling prophecy. How old are you? I'm 23, and I've met a ton of beautiful women with unique tastes in media, philosophical perspectives, and hobbies. Also, what are you bringing to the table here? Do you have hobbies? Do you listen? Saying you're going to dumb yourself down and "pretend" is really cringey, and bad sign about your overall attractiveness.

I like this. Thanks for the perspective. Calling it "approaches" is such a nerve wracking, unnatural, and overanalytical term when you point it out like that.

Yeah, I ended up dating the girl I referred to for 1.5 years, but this didn't happen until like a year after I stopped talking to her. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not an expert on any of this. I've had success in college but I'm only just now reading "Models" for the first time. However, I would guess that you should just generally not concern yourself with her. Hope the best for her internally and be polite but firm in holding true to what you said to her. There should be no real angry feelings towa…

"...?" seems kind of catty or passive aggressive. Not the way to go when you want someone to be excited to see you. Maybe adopt a happier and more care-free vibe in your texts and try again for a Thursday date?

I straight up told a girl that I didn't want to talk to her if she was in a committed relationship. She whined about it and didn't want me to leave but I moved forward and met new girls. Eventually she broke up with her boyfriend and found her way to my life. Ghosting seems childish. Maybe just say why you don't want to talk to her and then not talk to her?

Please divide into paragraphs. I'm not attacking that wall of text.

I hooked up with my last girlfriend for 3-4 months before she finally asked me to be her boyfriend. It was cool. She was so fucking nervous.

Yes, the features we consider feminine are made more prominent. This means women usually look better but men look worse. Here's a female example: http://annawu.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/focal-length-comparison.jpg

Features that are considered feminine are exaggerated. Masculine ones are not.

Contra dancing imo. Very easy to learn means lots of different people show up. Usually hipster or hippie girls. I usually get swept up by the senior ladies though lol

Bruh also don't fall into the trap of thinking your phone camera photos reflect what you look like in real life. Phone cameras have VERY little focal length in the lens. It causes a "fisheye" effect that can make women look cute but men generally look like shit. Here is an example: https://media.istockphoto.com/photos/camera-lens-focal-length-comparison-picture-id527463761 Phone cameras are usually 26-27mm

It was for me. Girl liked my stuff every time I posted something and I ended up hooking up with her for a while after seeing one of her tweets. The tweet said something like "When you meet a cute boy and try to tell him you like him by liking everything he posts"

Yeah, honestly, no credit should be given unless she is an asexual lesbian wearing a chastity belt.

Start lifting and avoid movements that your shoulder can't do(unsure of severity of your injury) If you had muscle mass before, muscle memory will make it come back very quickly

I suppose I don't entirely disagree. Just spend your energy how you want.
/r/seduction06/06/18 09:40 PM

Why would they try to cure anyone? They're just trying to keep themselves safe and not use unnecessary energy. If a girl is making up that she is constantly busy and can't hang out, she is not ghosting you.

Have you considered that... you can't hurt a mans feelings by simply saying, you are not interested ...is complete BS? Girls are always hesitant to reject because of the many NiceGuytm and psychos out there who throw a fit when rejected. Ghosting makes sense to me if I was a woman. Hell, ghosting doesn't bother me as a guy. It makes the message clear.

In what ways should I be treating a woman who I want to have a one night stand with differently than someone I find myself connecting with specially?

I mean face wise I think you're definitely more attractive. Time for you to start reading about weightlifting. It's quite the fun and fulfilling hobby once you get going.

You're better looking than Kong from Simple Pickup(also asian) and he pulls. Probably don't wear your hat like that. Are these the best photos you have of yourself? They would not go well on Tinder.

I compliment my boys' outfits and even physique if they've been working out or noticably losing weight. Y'all sound like a bunch of sexually repressed pussies if you can't tell a bro that you like his shoes

My freshman year was the best year of my life and I have a 3.76 gpa+like 34 credits. Maybe the entire earlier part of my life was shitty and that's why I absolutely love college?

I'm aware it's beta(I hate that term) but I've been trying to improve many aspects of myself lately. That has lead to observing other guys a lot. -How to dress myself(Look at other guys and take note of who I think looks good) -Lifting weights: Ive only been going a week and have noticed myself get bigger. I end up mirin other guys' muscles. I usually straight up tell them that I like what theyre wearing. Or say "nice beard" to some guy walking past me. -Conversation/socializiing. How/why certai…
