Respect people as individuals, if they show respect to you. Why does gender or sex have to come into the equation? It really shouldn't.

I agree mostly, I don't see much wrong with the post. But I believe if you conceived the child through consensual intercourse, you should be responsible for the consequence, and should provide for that child, at least until it gets adopted by the person who actually wants the child and their new partner in a financially stable household.

The only think I can think of is that she's not likely to get out of paying child support, unless the child gets adopted by the father and his new partner.

I'm sorry, but saying that gender is a social construct is ludicrous. It's a much more complex concept that has root in biology. Look at this way, you're basically saying to a trans person that they were 'socialised' to be trans, instead of being born that way. I'm sure they would take offense to that.
