And why would anyone do otherwise as it's much easier than actually producing food. It took society a while to figure out how to stop doing that, but we made it and now it's neither regular nor widely acceptable. If you campaign long and strong about this, educate and persuade people on both sides about long term gains from stopping of sex trade - it may become the new norm and accepting a sex bribe would be seen as something shameful and publicly unacceptable.
