I am sorry to hear that. When I was in high school on of my female classmate was going around jokingly saying the art teacher and her had sex. Well guess who over heard that and next thing he was let go. Most of the class went to his defense but damage done.

Like I said It's not clean cut. And every birth is not the same. As for a defense that's would be a long shot at best. At my last court hearing the judge gave me 5 words before he stopped me and ruled in my ex's favor. So lawyer up is all I can say if he's fighting it. And good luck

It's not clean cut ever. I have four kids and each time has been a different. Most of the time they ask before the birth and through the process if I was the dad and after the birth I signed some papers confirming child's name etc. for my first child I had to fill out my name claiming I was the father. But with my second it was already populated. In all honesty he would have pulled a nurse to the side and explain everything.

Hate to say but your buddy goosed is cooked. When he signed that paper he acknowledged that the child was his blood or not. Unless you are one hundred percent sure then don't sign. Get tested. As for the Child support it self they do not care if all you eat is great value pop tarts for the rest of your life. Don't make anymore or any less now and if you want toys work for cash. You are screwed if you try to better your self and really screwed if you lose your job.

That don't always work.... I left my hospital job so I could move back home. I thought I had a job in my new area but that fell through .
