Hang on. Isn't a society without access to porn breed a society of men who, in order to have an orgasm, have to either jack off, or have sex? Deadlifts is my favourite lift. It's by far the best for overall gains. Currently I'm doing 3 days a week in the gym, bench press, deadlifts & squats, all on their own days. I'm seeing good gains.
