3	Make a false rape/abuse accusation as leverage in child custody dispute, earn an irrebuttable presumption of being an unfit parent and loss of parental rights. That should be the law, in my humble opinion It's possible this might hurt cases where an actual crime has occurred, but the criminal walks on a technicality of some sort, or lack of evidence.
