You can look into attending some toastmasters meetings which is for public speaking. The lack of contact you’ve had with people makes it hard to connect, so public speaking in a structured setting will help you not only make some social connections but also improve your ability to communicate

Out of all the comments you got that tell you to work on yourself, you replied to the one person that is giving you “advice” which entails you doing nothing but waiting for 20 years. The fact that you didn’t recognize that the person is being sarcastic is one thing, but this just shows that you are looking for an easy fix to your solutions. But there is no easy solution. Stop looking for one, read all the good advice posted on here and take some action.

Join a MMA/JiuJitsu gym. It will build up your physical confidence which will lead to mental confidence. Even doing it for at least a year will help
