Its the organizations, like universities and that, that cut men's sports because of title ix, rather than improve women's sports. Where do you get "champion women's colleges" from? Very likely anecdotally, I treat women better when I call them women than when I call them girls. I listen to their views, I treat them equally, I think of them respectfully.
