1	If men were to focus more on women's personalities and character than looks, women would have alot less options. I would argue that many men are also very alike. Maybe you don't realize it because you share the same interests (therefore they don't seem boring to you). Hobbies are mostly the same : watching some kind of sport (football), if doing a sport nowadays it's almost always lifting weights, video games, these days anime (that many women watch too by the way) etc...
