Having women as some kinda bonus, atmosphere changer or simply something to entertain men who are bored in their job is not really needed for those who doesn't get the job when they were more qualified than females that weren't but needed because they were needed to fill the percentage that was dedicated to females. There are many positions in any industry, if any women are qualified for any position they would already be there and not simply because they were a woman.

No one should he hired for job simply because he's a man or she's a woman. Of course gender roles are a must and it helps to keep the human relationships. But giving females a percentage simply because they're women for certain jobs, that there are more qualified men for that certain jobs is not justice and vice versa. I think gender mustn't have an effect in getting general jobs.

I think men needs emotional support as well. I think when we stereotype men as sex seekers and women as emotional seekers makes the whole incel thing coming up. Men are more eager for sexual activity while women are more intense when it comes to. Women fetishes even goes beyond lines like fetishing being raped or abused. There's an article about it. And men so eager for sexual activity lost their interest very soon after jumping into a relationship on that base. i just thought that you took my c…

Was what i have said in favor a particular gender ? I think putting women and men in two sides of a ring only makes it worse than doing any benefit. Yeah no one is entitled to sex and of course love. Comprimise is something that people lack thou.

Then what a normal girl with income and a life expects from a man,Sex ? I'm a guy and although i am agree that today's relationships is mostly contracted sex. But i don't say a man has more to offer than a woman. Each supposed to do their own part in a relationship.

How about teaching kids about consequences of choosing the wrong partner for baby making. It's both girls and boys. You're responsible for the future of the child you make without care. Don't choose wrong people to be father and mother for your children when they're incapable of being one.

Because they think a boy being virgin purely means he's a loser. He doesn't know anything about love and relationships and how should he treat women and all he wants is sex because he should be hungry for it. I've dated a few girls and didn't sleep with them ( just didn't have sex with them ) because it was my Choice while some of them wanted me to. Slut are not a woman who sleeps around, they're are the the women who play around men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
