Meet me at the gym, lets get you on a lifting program and diet." I can't say I've seen this between female associates, they'd rather compete against each other in a back-handed manner than actually help one another out. If she's just a random broad with a tramp stamp, butterfly, Chinese symbol, etc. then yes this will work.
