Pretty much the same thing. Probably has to do with age. You need a career for mine to be applicable. Lol Part of nice guy syndrome is basically mirroring traditionally feminine desired traits. Something we actually do alot of to fit in. "Mirrored behavior." The irony is that in most cases it's unattractive to the majority of the opposite sex. Early on guys are less picky but as I've gotten older a girl that is kind, feminine and cheerful are the most attractive to me. They could work at McDonal…

That's because there are different versions being played out based on who is involved. These are times where we need better words to separate them. From my observation Traditional friendzone or the just not right now scenario. Where a man or woman knows this person is into them and dangles that carrot for the attention. It is more common for the man to be the fool in this situation. Actual nice guy syndrome- Not be confused with how the internet uses nice guy but the actual clinical diagnosis of…

It's situational for me. The more time goes by you can assume you have had a few partners. at some point its to many but in the times I've said no it was more to do with time. Like you were just with so an so last night and Jeff on Wednesday. I'm not kissing you that's just nasty.

Yes we do and it does have importance. In that it has proven that it affects things like ability to pair bound. People are not all the same though and some deal with things better than others. So that can differ. What it can also indicate is compatible and views /lifestyle. Like do you view sex as transactional or a connection? But it's only a small part to what one should consider because you could have someone that did want to sleep around and end up cheating or leaving the relationship becaus…

I don't know about your specific example but the label is overused for things that are not part of it. The nice guy syndrome is a real thing and has to specifically do with a guy that mirrors traditionally female traits and gets salty when it doesn't lead to the promise land. Among other issues like self-esteem problems, porn addiction and ED. On that note, there is a female equivalent. Doesn't have a name, but I bet you met the.. I have a good job girl why can't i find x,y,z. Also you have the …

Both correct and incorrect. I've met both and would give it a 50 50 split at least. I think it's increasing out of your favor due to modern feminism pushing more hypergamous women into their logic. You cant fix biological imperatives. maybe one or two of the women I work with have bfs or husbands that make less than they do. The decrease in femininity and feminine knowledge has an impact. The fall of masculinity in the 90s/2000s has increased niceguy syndrome and the fall of femininity has incre…

I agree but they already proved women cheat just as much. So maybe everyone should honor their commitments? Also guys have a biological leg up on rational/ discipline thing. It makes us great cannon fodder(our historical role) and women tend to be more emotional for children. (Historical role) but that's because we run on very old software. I agree before men got away with it but now it's more like the sexual revolution made it worse. No no one keeps it in their pants and the top tier men get wh…

Marriage laws in general are crap but that's why I'm a big fan of removing the state from marriage. They should be private contracts only. The current laws make it beneficial to screw each other.

You can have standards of any kind. That's what freedom is all about. But you will have a lot of lonely nights if you can't be humble. Lol in my opinion I just need to be attracted then it's the other stuff that matters. Like if she is kind. That's probably my number one.

Ya I would have to disagree with you on the dishonest part for TRP. Before the subs were taken down the redpill rage was talked about constantly and how they don't need to recruit due to them arriving on their own, due to personal experience.

You should stop using the term to encompass such a wide variety of people. We have a whole English language to be more specific with. The first already has a name and it's simps. Not "nice guys". the second could somewhat fit the clinical definition of nice guy syndrome. Which has a lot more to it than your soft definition of the issue. But basically a man that mirrors valued female traits then gets mad when it doesn't attract anyone. There is the female version that say stuff like I have a good…

A big change to me is how I will raise my son. I got delusions of what attracts women from my mother and my dad with his chivalry mindset. I think finding balance will be the key. I feel that TRP at it's extreme has to much fear. But my son won't live in romcom delusion or put himself at risk in defending some girl he doesn't know's honor.

No sorry, I think that would be hard to figure out but based on current trends and current culture's lack of virtues. It would probably be safe to assume very few. Like can you imagine being in a sea of women that will do the kind of thing you see in porn and being genetically driven to sleep with them all? That's like dropping an alcoholic off at beerfest with unlimited funds. Lol the only way I see that changing is if we end the "sexual revolution" if the milk was free until now then why would…

I don't care about any of that. I just refuse to be society's disposal resource. If you don't meet my requirements then I just nothing you or better said.. what's in it for me but that's genderless. Everyone gets treated the same.

I think there is a misunderstanding of what the friend zone is. It's about keeping a guy or gal on the hook in the hope of a relationship. Generally there is this level of maintaining romantic interest with very low grade sexual tension. Like I have friends that are girls and it's no different than my guy friends. In no way do they try and keep that tension and I'm not their emotional support dog. If the emotional dumping gets high then I would just tell them that I'm not their therapist. Lol bu…

Of course they do exist but they are generally already in a relationship with a highly attractive woman or if they are more aware, with the closest to a high value woman you can find. But probably less likely when most figure out that women will do whatever you want for a chance.

Lol ya ironically the pills movement made me more successful. I'm wiser to what to watch out for at least but not stupid enough to think anyone is perfect. But this truth is universal. I don't think it matters who you date but especially men are never given good information on dating from our fathers.

Lol this is great because she is 1. Probably faking all that "good" and any guy with a small amount of awareness will see right through bad acting. 2. Guys have all different types. Of course there's the top 10s but I always prefered "cute" and a savage in the bedroom. Lol 3. Positive she is chasing out of her league.

I think male bounding is been about the same for the past few generations. Interest have changed in this generation and there has been an increase in femine men but its still very easy to find an all men softball, bowling league or floor hockey team. They definitely make shit mechanically boring games for the non-gamer. Its the triple A studios that suffer the most from this. But there are still some awesome indie games and few worthwhile big names ones. If you just like shooters then I'm sorry for you because damn most of them suck hard. I just finished wasteland 3 and it was awesome. Hades by supergiantgames was also good. Hell I played the shit out of pubg before it become a hacker fest.

Yup that was before woke shit. I mean it probably won't feel any better but even if they didn't go woke. The stories would still be trying to make that star wars money instead of trying to do something new.

To be fair, the last Indiana Jones was bad and had shia labeouf that killed it pretty good. Can they really destroy what's already dead? Hollywood hasn't been able to create good content for years and they can't take away the originals. Yes and no. Now this is just my observation but there are two parts to this. There's the no fap for that increase resource gathering drive and porn addiction. Cold turkey is easier than retraining your brain to just utilize the the act without the added stimulation. Porn addiction leads to errectal disfunction, anxiety and depression. I've had this happen but have also had friends that were girls. Like honest we all just had a good time. The problem is that an actual friendship ends as soon as they find a guy, Bitchs ain't loyal. My guy friends are totally different and can call them after months or years and its like nothing has changed. The girls won't even pick up. Its just funny that we are the ones that are said to use women. Its crazy.

For awhile I was mad about it.. like good female lead movies exist.. like alien. But its like they have zero ability to make something new and i have zero interest in woke garbage. Alot of women will collect men for different purposes. If he is getting sex then you are probably the emotional support/friendzone. You may or may not be the backup plan as well. The "redpill" is the knowledge that mgtow was created with and that's the information you find here. (Hypergamy etc) MGTOW has and will always be a movement of walking away from the terrible deal that is caused by the combination of there true nature and current laws. So easiest distinction to remember.. you cohabitate or get married then you are not mgtow, Just redpilled. The degrees of mgtow have been stated already. Monk, dating, LDR etc.
/r/MGTOW223/02/20 05:26 PM

The original content creators. I mean we can debate the definition but everything has a original definition and I typically stick to that. What's with this generation and "your truth" lol pretty sure this is how religion has splintered.
/r/MGTOW219/02/20 03:00 PM

There is a definition that makes you mgtow. But you dont have to be mgtow to be here and consume the redpill. "No cohabitation or marriage by you choosing the situation." That's it.. You are purple if you still engage in relationships but none of the above. Red is a degree of hookups short time dating up to extreme monk where you try and become Mark Wahlberg from the bigging of the movie shooter.

Honestly I still try to be an open book, when I can. I dont think adopting this knowledge into yourself means you have to be against connecting with others completely. Lifes way to short. Like I have alot of friends because I'm positive and I like to talk with people and hear about what they got going on. The world is already dark enough. I'm in my 30s and I have been alone for almost 2 years of it. (Living alone) it's crazy how much effort I used to put into social acceptance. Its reactionary. Society looks down on single men. Especially as you get older. "Like where is your female chaperon?" Alot if not most blue pill men also link there selfworth to there relationship. This place seems to be the land of misfit toys. A combination of banned mgtows and the purple pill types. Also I've noticed probably a few falling back into into old habits. That is considered "purple pill" it's kind of a grey area.. like you arent really "going your own way" at that point. I always considered just red pill to earn those strips and that idea is somewhere between mgtow and blue pill. Like part of the community but take your chances anyway. Well back when the marriage laws weren't the same but it did seem that we lost knowledge along the way. Look at the Roman's they treated marriage like business in alot of ways. Seemed men were a little less infatuated and seemed to just understand. Religious text did seem to understand female nature in some ways. I learned alot about "shit tests" and how stupid male education on women is. My favorite game was the damned if you do, damned if you dont. My ex would ask me to pick something up at the store for let say dinner. Usually vis text and wouldnt answer the text back. She would say can you get a can of beans? With no context to what brand or kind. If I guessed and got it wrong I was belittled.. if i called i was called stupid and belittled. Mental abuse is pretty common and no body cares. The moment …

Ya they take a statistical fact like on average men age better than women and cant handle that in many cases the opposite can be true. Like I'm sure we all meet some guys that were going bold in high school. I always hated absolutist.

Sorry brother but you cant "be a member" I'f you dont actually want to be mgtow. Lol doesnt mean you cant be redpilled and share in the discussion here. But as soon as you cohabitate or marry you are legit doing the opposite of going your own way. No one is stopping you in trying to play the game and use this knowledge to your advantage. Hell I'm doing it. In technical called a purple pill at the moment but will move in with my gf at some point and will be just redpilled. "Mgtow is a monolithic …

I usually like say that the truth is somewhere in the middle. I don’t think reddit is the example of the whole community. I think in the last few years there has been an increase in the incel community adopting the label because it makes them feel better. So you are not wrong but I wouldn’t base it on reddit. I been mgtow before this place existed and just made an account this year. The original community hot spot was YouTube, then individual sites like mgtow.com. I also think there are just a l…

me? my ex wife was my best friend through college and me being naive I trusted her 100% Even though the red flags of her true nature were right in front of me. She had a natural talent for being a pit viper and before our marriage she was flirting with others. (found out later) That plus, emotional abuse, causing me to lose friends, her eventually cheating and then ran to another guy at the time when my father was dieing of horrifyingly painful disease... not even a phone call.. That was my red …

Idk seems more like people are making shit up. You havent gone your on way I'f you are married. I stick to the orginal definitions of what a "mgtow" is. Doesnt mean you cant contribute to redpill knowledge. I for one am in a relationship and we may even move in together. I draw my line at marriage. But as soon as I choice to cohabitate.. I'm no longer one of the pillars of mgtow... just redpilled.

There are plenty of mgtow that still date or whatever. I think the two biggest things are no cohabitation or marriage.

It wouldnt hurt to do some research. Maybe you can find professional help. But there was a book about nice guy syndrome I listened to the audio book that talked about it. No more mr nice guy by Robert Glover. It was geared toward nice guy issues but I think it was very informative on that topic. Basically doing it to no porn till you dont need it anymore. It wasnt my concern at the time but it maybe helpful.

I will say that I have no ill will for the other sub. Originally, It seemed to always be split between the redpill rage and the people that get passed it. I dont like them banning people for there thoughts though. The rage content is needed at the front door. I just wish they would balance out a little.

If you havent been paying attention to the latest YouTube news.. I would consider having an alternative in mind. They are changing the rules and putting mgtow on your channel will probably make you a target.

You could look into a few hobbies that are patiently male dominated. One I know of is paintball. There are girls but not alot.

But to answer your question. It's never to late to do something. I mean some have age restrictions like joining the military sure but 23 is pretty young lol. You can meet people in hobbies and at work. Actually most people hang out more with work friends than college or high school friends, as they get older.

I try and find a balance. I try and accept my feelings towards thing and just choice to focus on other things. I think complete apathy in most cases is forced. We are not robots. Especially when people talk about it alot or feel the need for others to see it. I dont know if anyone else sees it this way but my "hate" is fuel but i am at peace and focused.

Alot of this information can be found in old literature, religion etc. So the information isnt new but we threw it out with anything else old because we demeaned it as primitive. (Which we have evolved away from some terrible ideas as well) I think mgtow is a reaction to the deal just getting so bad that it was rediscovered. The poor deal is the reason it exist.

Little of an incel invasion and this. Usually you can tell the difference between them based on there level of hostility for just mgtow2 conversations. Like even in my rage I didnt get mad at just philosophical questions and such. That's like take down everyone rage.

Have you ever had a girlfriend? I've seen a few people that havent here. If I didnt have the perfect situation fall on my lap. I would of attemped to end that kind of thing by taking on the persona of the dog, like my uncle. No one ask him shit because of it. maybe find a Fwb or two for a bit. At least it would make your dad think your alpha in his blue pill mind. Honestly I dont know if that would work, I cant be fully trusted because I treat my life like a dystopian social experiment.

People live their lives bound by what they accept as correct and true that is how they define reality. I noticed in general they overcompensate or lash out at anything that challenges that view. People like this seem to have a childish notion of masculinity and whatever trait you are projecting is like a mirror to there own perceived weakness.

I can understand that. I was that way when I was younger. It lost its appeal for me after I stopped caring about the chase. Now idea of that kind of fun is a fire pit and a cold beer.

I just dont get why that place doesnt allow anything but validation posts of there rage. I asked about thoughts on tattoos and if anyone has mgtow type ones. I was met with some bitterness for some reason. Guess they associated all tattoos with there moms/ex gfs tramp stamps. Lol

30-40 Been dating since middle school. First relationship at 13. 6 or so relationships with short things between. Overall I was pretty lucky and had a very what you see on tv experiance until my massive red pill. Cliff notes: cheating emotionally abusive ex that cheated and disappeared during a extreme hard time for my family. I didnt go monk. Im actually in a semi long distance relationship. I'm your milk toast fence sitter here. I just kept the education, no cohabitation and marriage and decid…

I was hit by a string of redpills/other trauma in a 3 months span. My grandmother passed away. I found out my wife and best friend through college was at least emotionally cheating on me with her boss. (Even before we got married. Found out much later) I was a very trusting and kind person then. Even with hints of her nature from my own mother. Then my father was diagnosed with incurable cancer and I had to deal with that while going through a divorce. My ex didnt even reach out once. She was to…

Good! Other than a labor job. Unfortunately, everything requires time management and organization. Always focus on your strengths but that's one skill that you should work on. Go online and research these things as well as work on your memory, concentration and focus. One that I know works is meditation. It is a great skill to help both concentration and focus.

Nothing. It's just an issue you have to deal with. The best outcome is to find something you are interested in,it will help keep your focus. Also, do yourself a favor and put down the far left crap. (If you are actually one of them) there victim mentally wont help. Face up to the fact that no one cares about your problems. Especially if you are a man and figure out how to manage it. Source: college educated, fulltime career and have adhd. I tell no one and take no medication.

I have a semi long distance girlfriend. I choice to a more moderate path than the monks. 4 years no cohabitation, no marriage, we hang out on weekends a few times a month and dont talk all the time. I just set my boundaries and just assume this will end at some point when she wants more.

I did for awhile but after I left rage behind. I found my path. I'm actually technically not one of you but really agree with your knowledge. Been in relationship for 4 years. See each other twice a month. No cohabitation. You do you fam. Take the knowledge and think for your yourself.

I would say I started to lean towards the right because of mgtow. But at the same time voting democrat will just create more mgtows and republican is for the tradcon types. If anything libertarian would prob be most suited. Only group I heard that even once talked about taking marriage out of the hands of the state.

This kind of stuff is why I think its b.s that its frowned on to snoop when you have reasonable suspicion. The "you dont trust me crap" those relationship reddits are full of people "mostly men" apologizing for it.
