The Sexting WifeDon't worry about saving the marriage. Get to work on improving and saving yourself. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 25/05/17 11:12 PM
60 DoD 2017 Week1: LiftingStarting today, I will lift four days a week following Paul Carter's LRB 365. I stopped powerlifting in October 2012 and have lost my way since then, only lifting sporadically. These 60 days will really cement the lifting again. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 03/04/17 07:38 PM
NMMNG: sex hiatusNo quick fix. I think it comes with time, experience, and self-awareness. It snowballs too. The more you get your shit together, the more focused you get, and the less you care about her reactions. Just try to think before anything that you do, "Am I ok with doing this even if I get no praise or good reaction?". If the answer is yes, then go forward. You will fuck up. Learn and move on, don't beat yourself up. Get a little bit better every day. | /r/askMRP | 31/03/17 09:52 PM
NMMNG: sex hiatusIt's all steps tough. Sure, obligated sex sucks, but it says something that she cares enough to take that step. Now your job is to keep improving. She will either improve with you.... or she won't, but do it for yourself. Breaking the covert contacts and doing things 100% for myself was one of my biggest struggles. It still is. I usually catch myself internally before I show my hand, but it's one of the hardest things to break. | /r/askMRP | 31/03/17 08:15 PM
I hit her below the beltYes, that's what matters, loving yourself more. You weren't making changes for her, the family, or the relationship. I think the mistake you made was taking her question 100% seriously. Have fun with it. | /r/askMRP | 31/03/17 03:38 PM
NMMNG: sex hiatusProbably shouldn't have telegraphed your move to her, but that's over and done with now. Make damn sure you don't give in and try for sex before the three months is up or she will lose massive respect for your word. Time to buckle down. | /r/askMRP | 31/03/17 03:34 PM
Men of March: Day #2That's great that you are able to admit this. Now what are you going to do to overcome these things? You can do it if you want to. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/03/17 11:48 PM
Men of March: Day #2This is my first post in this sub, although I've been lurking for about a year. Just posting to say I'm in on this, just found it today. I'm not sure what I've been avoiding, I've been owning my shit well after years of drunk captaining. I have a long story I will tell at some point, but that's not what is important right now. I think what I've been avoiding is really recommitting to my workout plan. I've been half assing it for too long. I'm busy, but that's not an excuse, I've been busier at o… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/03/17 06:40 PM
Question about scheduling sexIf you're satisfied, that's great, but remember she may not be satisfied if it's the same old every time. I'll throw in different things just to be unpredictable. Different style of initiation, different time of day, different location. | /r/askMRP | 16/03/16 07:26 PM
Question about scheduling sexJust speaking from my own personal experience, but initiate whenever you want sex. If turned down, be OI about it. If you feel like you won't be able to be OI, then don't initiate until you can be. | /r/askMRP | 16/03/16 05:58 PM
Good Credit cards to help build low credit?I was in the same boat. We filled bankruptcy a few years back and are doing much better now. Secured credit cards a great way to start. Make sure they report to the credit bureaus. When your score gets high enough, you can get a couple store cards. Just remember to only use about 33% of the available credit and pay the bills on time. Check your credit report and take care of any negatives that might be on it as well. | /r/askMRP | 10/03/16 03:08 PM
Thank You, Questions & a possible rantYes, this exactly. I mostly lurk here, post a lot on MMSL. I found Athol, upped my asshole game, which was already pretty good, but didn't back it up with any comfort or oak-like qualities. Things were better for a while, then came crashing down when she cheated after 10+ years of my continuing failure. Still digging out from it over a year later. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 09/03/16 06:46 PM
Finding motivation at workHang up a picture of yourself and think about how you don't want to let yourself down. You shouldn't be doing anything for anyone else's happiness. Live in your frame. Your happiness. Motivation fades, always. Develop discipline. | /r/askMRP | 03/02/16 08:39 PM
Separated, With Children... do I save my marriage?I'm against you going back. For all the reasons others stated. Keep improving yourself create what you want with someone else while kicking ass as a great dad. That said, it's your choice. If you choose to go back, my only advice is to go back knowing you're the prize and she's lucky to have you. Things will be done your way and in your frame. If she doesn't like that, ages welcome to go back to her old life. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 26/01/16 05:55 PM
[Theory] On bad behavior and the relationship frameworkHe said both partners are going to do something important to both of them. You can't really not go and you can't force her not to go. I'm picturing a family function or something. In that case, isolation at the event isn't much of an option so you do what makes you happy. Own your night and do what you would do if she wasn't there. If you want to isolate her when you get back, then go ahead. If you have a bad time at the event because you can't isolate her then your in her frame. That's my take. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 12/01/16 06:52 PM
[Theory] On bad behavior and the relationship frameworkI have had some experience with this. What I do that works is I lead the way. She's looking for you to let her know (actions not words) that it's OK to be happy. Have the type of day that you want to have, lead, and she'll follow you. If you're pissy and quiet then she will know she has affected you. Lead. Always. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 12/01/16 06:12 PM
