Ok you're right I read that wrong (sounded like you were making a snide comment about holding the person in the ER at gunpoint and taking from their families). I don't see it as wrong per se. We're going to be paying for them through ER visits, or through government assistance programs. I would rather pay before it becomes a medical issue. Which means supporting government assistance programs rather than depending on the ER.
