This is a classic guy thought right here. To me yes she's hitting on you. But in your situation I would probably be asking the same too. She called you cute that seems definite to me.

Maybe you might need to talk it up a bit and make it sound real fun. But the more I think of it, most girls won't be good at pool or darts so that might scare them away cause they don't want to be embarrassed etc. So maybe frame it as just going for drinks and then when you're there mention the pool and darts as a fun thing, if they say no, offer to teach them.

To me first dates where you do something with the other person, like pool, mini golf, bowling etc are infinitely better than dinner dates, it shows that you're fun, and it's easier to have a fun time for both you and the person you're going out with. It's a great idea, go for it!
