I'd personally skip the sushi and just go to the arcade. It's more interactive. Then if it goes well grab a drink afterwards. An arcade is a fun environment where you can both playfully compete, work together, and show off some stuff. Like a small hip bump when y'all are playing against each other to get an edge. Or throw down on some gauntlet or shoot some zombies together. Then go be like, "you see this high score? It's about to change." All in all though, go in to have fun. Get rid of that ex…

Yeah, I also would have been a bit more assertive with definitive plans she has to make time for. "I'm looking to go grab a drink Thursday, you should come." I try to stay away from the word date too, tbh. It creates expectations on both sides. Just go have fun and go what you're after.

To me your game is flawed because it seems like it's about them. Yeah, people like talking about themselves but that doesn't make you sexually appealing. Your goal is to make them interested in you, not know her dogs birthday is in a week (an example, though that's fun info for poking some fun.)

I like to tell people who have motivation issues is to just do whatever you plan within 5 seconds. Don't give yourself time to make up excuses. Laundry? Just do it. None of this "one more round of League." Act as if things can't wait.

No. I've called the cops and had people arrested before because of them threatening me and a group of friends. The guy ended up having an unregistered gun. It's beta to be OK with people in danger.

If someone is threatening me (and other people around) with something that can end easily end lives, the cops are being called. In this day and age you don't know what the hell people have going on in their head. That's not petty and I don't know how you even think that is.

I can't make a decent conclusion on this because I don't know what she said to him. I've been in a situation like this before and was hurt because things were talked about and were going well, so I can relate to an extent.
