2	Man who tricked girlfriend into taking abortion pill sentenced to nearly 14 years in prison Honestly if you look at the minimums for 2nd degree murder it seems to be right in line. However one could say this is closer to 1st degree murder since the life was terminated and had prior planning. However then again a fetus is a potential life and not a life so you can't necessarily classify it as murder otherwise any abortion would be murder. You have to go off the actual numbers and understand that they can be false and data can be over or under represented. I would say the definition is sexist as it stands and it should have a asexual pronoun. It's saying people of a certain race or gender commit crimes at higher rates. Again this can be misrepresented because of under reporting or racism, but does that mean these studies should not be done?
