Women hits man and no one bats an eye until the man hits her back and gets tackled by other men. Who in that scenario is causing the double standard, the women or the men? Answer, the men. This court case is basically the same thing. Women aren't viewed as predators and as such aren't convicted in similar fashion as men. Which is a symptom of oppression. 1	When I ask women why girls get much better grades in school, they usually say they are just naturally better at studying etc. When I ask women why men earn more than women, it's discrimination. Because a person isn't really a philosophy major until they are in grad school. Many people state philosophy as a major, but are only undergrads and actually terrible at it. To add on to this. Humanities also tends to start at the university level. It's like if you only started learning algebra at the university level. Logic is math. You shouldn't do bad in logic if you are a math/STEM major. As to your last comment. Intro philosophy classes are pathetically easy, just like algebra is pathetically easy. Try doing graduate level work in philosophy and see how easy it is then. I bet those philosophy majors will run circles around you then. Just like you would run circles around them in the higher level math classes.
