Sounds like you are on your way to turning it around already, that's awesome. I'm trying to turn around the worst year of my life. My brother was my closest friend and he died shockingly out of nowhere. We were like twins. I collapsed, shattered. After 3 or 4 weeks of feeling overall pretty good, this week was a down week. My younger brother was my closest friend and he died suddenly in November and this week marked 6 months. I've been through some really hard stuff in life, but nothing compares. I get these feedback loops where something gets me down and then I don't want to work out, I stay up too late, smoke, eat unhealthy, and then I feel worse, which makes me less motivated and so on. I feel all of this. Over my life I've a number of relationships I thought were super close, but wound up giving me zero support because they were so one-sided. It took me years to break this pattern. And to be able to spot problem relationships. When their problems become a part of my life but my problems NEVER become a part of theirs...that's when I know there's something unbalanced.

I hear what you're saying, but I just want to point out that most of the men who I have known who wear women's clothing have been poor as shit. I mean when Bowie was doing this, think NYC and SF in the 70's, and guys dressing as women were hugely poor people from poor neighborhoods, and I think the same is still largely true today.

While it's not in line with the more malignant aspects of woke-ism, it does share woke-ism's focus on the symbolic over the material, and the online over the real. It's cute, in its way, and gave me some smiles, but ultimately it's a feel-good exercise in powerlessness. I fear it may have actually given the hate group a considerable signal boost as well.
