Granted there’s a lot of the very “fashioniesta” (only word I can think to describe them) users on the sub, those ones you’ve linked are very...interesting to say the least... But as the guy commented how do I learn to dress, the side bar at least has some great posts on beginner things such as the importance of fit and colour. And their basic bastard guide could be a start for someone still caught in the baggy hoodies stage

Check out the 'male fashion advice' sub, I can't link it here for some reason, but just type those three words in as the sub name and it'll come up Heaps of great info

It might have an impact, suppose there's no way of definitively proving either way, but I'd say anxiety (particularly social) is way more impacted from nurture through upbringing and early life experiences. I've met tons of people with terrible lifestyles and have no (social) anxiety, and on the flip side a lot of healthy, fit individuals with a career they love and anxious af.

I've seen a couple things from her. She basically describes it how it is (i.e. how this sub does). Although somehow I feel like she must have been taught the knowledge some where along the line. But its refreshing to hear from a woman, who does explain it quite well

The present moment stuff resonates Tolle's The Power of Now, which I will always recommend to anyone. It's an incredible read. Good job on the progress. I've made improvements from where I was but still not satisfied. Just got to keep at it.

I have a unanswered question which I did post in another thread Are replies to shit tests supposed to be in a sarcastic manner, or do you keep it in more of a genuine tone? (Suppose this question mainly relates to agree & amplify)

I have a query as the topic of shit tests has come up: When giving a response (agree & amplify particularly), should the tone err on the side of sarcasm, or be more a genuine insinuation?

It usually goes better if my casual behaviour makes her consider that perhaps her initial reaction was too hasty. I can picture that kind of scenario and how it would work well

Yeah after boxing I feel such mental clarity and DGAF attitude, completely different feeling after to when I used to lift. My trainer was stressing the other day how important the running is In an ideal world I'd run 2 or 3 times a week in the AM before work, then alternate lifting and boxing 3 days each throughout the week in the evening

He’s lucky he is still comparatively young. In six months, he will hate himself for having been such a faggot. Being 24 myself I wonder sometime's whether I've missed the boat. There's a lot of young RP'ers on here who seem to be way further ahead in their journey than I am Thankfully, although I'm the same age as this 'Daryl' I'm at least somewhat more RP aware (this post made me cringe). Just need to knuckle down on my Game, and actually start smashing some women

Question on open eye meditation (especially when commuting): do you focus on an object, or just kind of look through your entire view not looking at anything in particular?
/r/TheRedPill06/09/18 02:31 PM

I'm boxing three times a week and doing running in between, not seeing much opportunity to fit in lifting as well Having not seriously lifted for a good few years now, does anyone think I'll still be getting the same mental benefits from this training compared to lifting?

Exactly. Wait whilst she messes with “chad doucebags” as OP put it, until she’s maybe been hurt a bit too much by one, and will consider you...? Then when she gets bored as you’re not exciting enough, she’ll go back to the bad boy chads

I read this somewhere but cant remember the source They basically said there’s pretty much two types of girls on tinder: one’s looking for dates/hookups and ones that aren’t (the ones just there for the ego boost). The first kind of girl just wants to make sure you’re not a weirdo But with the second girl, so if after a few messages back and forth you say about meeting up later that week and they turn you down or don’t reply - great you just saved a bunch of time, because the chances are 5 or 50…

What the girl said above - going out alone won’t give off a good vibe whether it’s a bar or a club really. Not the look to attract majority of girls Need to work on expanding your social circle more, incorporating people who will actually go out with you Either that or work on game elsewhere where it’s okay to be alone, such as day game in shopping centres/parks and that kind of thing Difference there is the outcome you’ll get is gonna be a number or maybe instant date at best - meeting someone …

I wouldnt have exactly called it bragging. More value in his own self-worth, which everyone should strive for as you're in this world alone ultimately My reply was just clearing up what he had replied to, as there seemed to be a bit of misinterpretation I thought it was a good post and up voted accordingly
/r/seduction06/03/18 05:50 PM

I completely agree but think he meant he don’t like the bragging in your post, as opposed to the girl Bragging to her is just showing insecurity and seeking her valuation, and chicks will always find that beta

Far from aggressive. And I'm not saying all women are sluts that put out on the first date I completely respect women being who they are and behaving in their nature, but it just so happens monogamy is not their nature 80% of women sleep with 20% of men, especially in the younger age brackets.

Okay I think I understand And how do you not let your thoughts run off on a tangent, like a chain reaction? Before you realise that you're no longer letting them pass with no interaction, but actually letting them occupy your mind (hope that makes sense, I know what I'm trying to explain but hard to put into words haha)

When you're sitting and doing this, do you not focus on your breathing then? I havent meditated before but keep meaning to start. One technique I'd read is to sit and follow your breathing After Eckhart Tolle's Power of Now, I use conscious breathing often throughout the day to draw my attention back to the present moment

I was reading this thinking "yep, got all my habits under control, nothing interfering with growth where it shouldnt. I'll just read this post for what it is and continue on with my day" right up until Are you reading TRP and then going out and trying what you learned, or has the reading eaten the practice? I'm far too logical, always researching methods and processes. Thinking I need to read more and more. And sure this has worked wonders with gym and diet (for muscle growth); but building char…

It's the same reason that, once we swallow The Pill, we want to tell all our beta guy friends about it. Unfortunately, this is a terrible idea. Your friends and the blue pill guys around this sub need to figure it out on their own – they need to want to figure it out on their own. I know you want to be Captain-Save-A-Bro, but you're likely not gonna save anyone. You're just going to alienate yourself and piss people off. I've mentioned various real red pill aspects of life to a friend of mine, a…

I have a query if you dont mind, related to boxing Currently weight training and have been for a few years. Have an okay shape, not majorly lean or huge atm (have been bigger and leaner in the past) So I dont know if you hit weights before boxing, but I just signed up to a white collar boxing event, in which I need to train for a couple months for a charity fight. I'm worried about losing what bit of size and shape I currently have, would you say you noticed a change to your physique? Because tb…

As a student yeah, but as a working young-adult looking to expand his social status locally this could be a worthy investment. Being over the age of 20, not in education, and working full time at a bar/club (as anything except DJ or owner(possibly manager...) would more than likely have the opposite effect of what you described, not a good look

I used to go squat raves in London a few years back, it was like an underworld where reality ceased to exist and everyone just lived that night like nothing else mattered at the time Really enjoyed that period of my life, but had to stop eventually, the drugs that went along with that scene were no good long term

Nice post My last cognitive behavioural therapy session was talking about just this. My CBT program is geared toward social anxiety, but any area where you apply these beliefs/rules you can improve What did you change your beliefs to RE women when you first decided to take action if you dont mind? I could use some inspiration as that's one of the main things I am going to change about myself

Still adding weight to main exercises at gym, currently running Fierce 5 routine Gave up caffeine except green teas throughout the day @ the office, and one coffee on the weekend Cons Have kind of replaced social media with more Reddit, but at least I'm learning and taking more away (topic dependent) Haven't got round to starting to meditate yet A…

Been working on that for sure. It's that fear of rejection though. Which I know you only overcome by getting rejected more and more. Everything I've read/watched has said this. And I'm usually such a logical person. I look at what needs to be done to get a result, and do it. But this is a lot harder. All in good time I'm sure. The road to improving is never ending.

Trust the process and enjoy the journey. Lifting is obviously the only way to change your appearance without drastic plastic surgery, so always great to try and be the best you can be in your eyes (whether that be strength/mass/low BF). And like you say, that self-earned respect through discipline and consistency helps massively with your own value as a man But that is just one aspect of the self improvement journey TRP is all focused about

Looks * status * money If you had all three of them maxed out but was still provider/beta traits then all the quick attention you draw will just as quickly dissipate, no? However achieving all three (looks(noteably gym, as cant change face)/status/money) would usually require you to be a strong male with masculine/alpha traits

I like the way you put it. I've never been able to open in a bar until recently, but previous potential LTRs (again BP thinking, oneitis from early) I would pay for going away thinking its what I should be doing etc. Even all drinks when we was to go out of an evening You find trp and overcompensate at the beginning ALPHA ALPHA ALPHA!!! A friend of mine is always paying for his plates when he goes on dates (cinema, bowling, restaurants). Some he'll keep around longer than others He definitely gets more sex than me, but I thought this was a beta movement paying for everything? Thanks I’ll have a look into stoicism. Have seen the word on here but not read much on the topic. There’s a couple of books which have really helped shift my mindset and make me think more positive already, so always open to more. I do think it’s my recent red pill awareness that’s given me a slight set back, truthfully I believe I’m somewhere between the level 1 and 2 phase still

Finished the sidebar except 'Manipulated Man' as its a PDF of a book so need a bit of time, plus some of the theory stuff I've yet to read. Will get round it eventually. Can really see and understand TRP going on in and around me in life now. Just started 'The Way of the Superior Man' I bought off Amazon. Gym is going well and I'm enjoying it. Had a bad year on and off it last year, but my head's in the game atm. Need to start counting macros again, but I am eating healthy mainly and at least 4 …
