On Frame Control – The Pathway to PowerTrust me when I say this sub can change your life Not even when it just comes to picking up women, but going about your life as the man you are supposed to be. Has taught me some brilliant things | /r/TheRedPill | 20/03/18 10:45 PM
New people to TRP take note.Google ‘red pill handbook’, you can download a pdf of the sidebar as well as the handbook Golden for reading on your device any time any place, even if you didn’t have signal | /r/TheRedPill | 02/03/18 09:03 PM
Take Self-Development seriously, but when you're 'in-field', let go and self-amuseRollo Tomassi’s site ‘The Rational Male’ has a good article on Amused Mastery | /r/TheRedPill | 25/02/18 09:52 AM
The 5 stages of becoming a redpill AlphaI'm somewhere between I and II still, but this was a good read for looking forward | /r/TheRedPill | 22/02/18 03:52 PM
Keep your emotions on a leash, not in a cage.Okay I think I understand And how do you not let your thoughts run off on a tangent, like a chain reaction? Before you realise that you're no longer letting them pass with no interaction, but actually letting them occupy your mind (hope that makes sense, I know what I'm trying to explain but hard to put into words haha) | /r/TheRedPill | 16/02/18 04:44 PM
Keep your emotions on a leash, not in a cage. When you're sitting and doing this, do you not focus on your breathing then? I havent meditated before but keep meaning to start. One technique I'd read is to sit and follow your breathing After Eckhart Tolle's Power of Now, I use conscious breathing often throughout the day to draw my attention back to the present moment | /r/TheRedPill | 16/02/18 03:45 PM
CancerI was reading this thinking "yep, got all my habits under control, nothing interfering with growth where it shouldnt. I'll just read this post for what it is and continue on with my day" right up until Are you reading TRP and then going out and trying what you learned, or has the reading eaten the practice? I'm far too logical, always researching methods and processes. Thinking I need to read more and more. And sure this has worked wonders with gym and diet (for muscle growth); but building char… | /r/TheRedPill | 16/02/18 03:20 PM
The Hard Path to becoming a Man - How to get through Approach AnxietyI’m approaching 24 and whilst my social anxieties have gotten a lot better than a few years ago (also with thanks to therapy) approaching still seems so far away Still working on improving myself though, and not getting caught up with making women my sole goal/drive | /r/TheRedPill | 16/02/18 01:24 PM
| -2 | What do YOU want? It's the same reason that, once we swallow The Pill, we want to tell all our beta guy friends about it. Unfortunately, this is a terrible idea. Your friends and the blue pill guys around this sub need to figure it out on their own – they need to want to figure it out on their own. I know you want to be Captain-Save-A-Bro, but you're likely not gonna save anyone. You're just going to alienate yourself and piss people off. I've mentioned various real red pill aspects of life to a friend of mine, a… | /r/TheRedPill | 13/02/18 11:26 AM |
Get Your Fucking City On Lock, The Benefits Are Endless. As a student yeah, but as a working young-adult looking to expand his social status locally this could be a worthy investment. Being over the age of 20, not in education, and working full time at a bar/club (as anything except DJ or owner(possibly manager...) would more than likely have the opposite effect of what you described, not a good look | /r/TheRedPill | 12/02/18 12:41 PM
Get Your Fucking City On Lock, The Benefits Are Endless.I used to go squat raves in London a few years back, it was like an underworld where reality ceased to exist and everyone just lived that night like nothing else mattered at the time Really enjoyed that period of my life, but had to stop eventually, the drugs that went along with that scene were no good long term | /r/TheRedPill | 12/02/18 12:38 PM
Tried being a wingman for BP friend, got thrown under the busJust reading it kinda wound me up | /r/TheRedPill | 09/02/18 03:29 PM
Unicorns do exist, but it doesn't matter. This has rang so much truth of my Instagram use up until recently. Glad I've gotten rid of it for the time being | /r/TheRedPill | 22/01/18 12:18 PM
January 19 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadWell done man, keep grinding Are you lifting as well? | /r/TheRedPill | 19/01/18 02:46 PM
January 19 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadPros Cold showers before work since Monday Got rid of all social media on Monday also NoFap day 6 today (weekend boredom is when I tend to relapse...) Still adding weight to main exercises at gym, currently running Fierce 5 routine Gave up caffeine except green teas throughout the day @ the office, and one coffee on the weekend Cons Have kind of replaced social media with more Reddit, but at least I'm learning and taking more away (topic dependent) Haven't got round to starting to meditate yet A… | /r/TheRedPill | 19/01/18 02:42 PM
askTRP Megathread January 17Been working on that for sure. It's that fear of rejection though. Which I know you only overcome by getting rejected more and more. Everything I've read/watched has said this. And I'm usually such a logical person. I look at what needs to be done to get a result, and do it. But this is a lot harder. All in good time I'm sure. The road to improving is never ending. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/18 03:24 PM
College rising star quarterback kills himself - Is it really about game / frame / etc.? Is there something TRP isn't willing to admit?Trust the process and enjoy the journey. Lifting is obviously the only way to change your appearance without drastic plastic surgery, so always great to try and be the best you can be in your eyes (whether that be strength/mass/low BF). And like you say, that self-earned respect through discipline and consistency helps massively with your own value as a man But that is just one aspect of the self improvement journey TRP is all focused about | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/18 12:43 PM
College rising star quarterback kills himself - Is it really about game / frame / etc.? Is there something TRP isn't willing to admit?Looks * status * money If you had all three of them maxed out but was still provider/beta traits then all the quick attention you draw will just as quickly dissipate, no? However achieving all three (looks(noteably gym, as cant change face)/status/money) would usually require you to be a strong male with masculine/alpha traits | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/18 11:44 AM
askTRP Megathread January 17I like the way you put it. I've never been able to open in a bar until recently, but previous potential LTRs (again BP thinking, oneitis from early) I would pay for going away thinking its what I should be doing etc. Even all drinks when we was to go out of an evening You find trp and overcompensate at the beginning ALPHA ALPHA ALPHA!!! I think this is what I have been doing a lot be congruent with yourself provided you’re a strong valuable man. So going to keep working on building myself to be … | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/18 10:38 AM
askTRP Megathread January 17Thank you for your comment. And the second is exactly what I used to do. Looking back, I can see precisely how I was trying to compensate for my insecurity | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/18 10:23 AM
askTRP Megathread January 17A friend of mine is always paying for his plates when he goes on dates (cinema, bowling, restaurants). Some he'll keep around longer than others He definitely gets more sex than me, but I thought this was a beta movement paying for everything? I used to do this all the time, but since TRP, it isn't something I'd feel inclined to do from now on... | /r/TheRedPill | 17/01/18 06:00 PM
January 12 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadThanks I’ll have a look into stoicism. Have seen the word on here but not read much on the topic. There’s a couple of books which have really helped shift my mindset and make me think more positive already, so always open to more. I do think it’s my recent red pill awareness that’s given me a slight set back, truthfully I believe I’m somewhere between the level 1 and 2 phase still | /r/TheRedPill | 13/01/18 09:23 AM
January 12 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadFinished the sidebar except 'Manipulated Man' as its a PDF of a book so need a bit of time, plus some of the theory stuff I've yet to read. Will get round it eventually. Can really see and understand TRP going on in and around me in life now. Just started 'The Way of the Superior Man' I bought off Amazon. Gym is going well and I'm enjoying it. Had a bad year on and off it last year, but my head's in the game atm. Need to start counting macros again, but I am eating healthy mainly and at least 4 … | /r/TheRedPill | 12/01/18 03:03 PM
