Over time the different waves of feminism have adapted it to suit their needs. In the case of some modern feminists, it means whatever they want it to mean in so far as it will allow them to squeeze money out of their followers/governments/donators. | 1 | Is Australia more man-friendly?(I'm an Aussie) I heard from one of my friends at Uni, who is in the process of becoming an Australian citizen that one of the ways that you can become one is to buy $750k in government bonds for a period of 4 or 5 years (not sure on the accuracy myself, as I was told this many months ago, but apparently the interest is apparently quite reasonable and is paid quarterly.)
