2	Swallowing the Pill Can't advise on the lifting bit as I have always been naturally fit and watched my diet. However I can tell u that its tough at first and gets better in time. Always ask yourself what's the worst thing that can happen if I do it and what happens if I don't? Sleep less and don't waste time. Educate yourself. Read books and improve your vocabulary. You have to have the end goal in sight and never ever give up. Its taken me 10 years to man up and tell my wife what I want and why I want it.
