I think your female friends viewed you as the nice guy that wasn't a womanizer and now I'm guessing they're a little intimidated by you. I wouldn't let it worry you. They just see you slinging game and it irks them cause you're not that safe guy friend they can rely on anymore. You're that guy they know that is loose and wild with women. If they can't see you as the same friend then maybe they never saw you at all.
