I have never heard of period shaming either, unless we are going camping, because, you know, bears. But that's why you carry bear spray #superalaskan #.454. I think most people in these movements are either real life trolls who took the troll to deep and it consumed them and they became the troll, or they are attention whores looking for something, anything, to get attention with. Since most people don't give a fuck about most of their shock tactics any more, we get stuff like this article.

I don't want Trump to win because I think he will make a great or even good president. I want him to win because he will change politics and expose the oligarchy. The futures pretty dim, and he wont change that, but he will give this dying engine another good kick which might make it roar back to life, if only for another couple of miles.

I think a lot of people should not vote. Most people do not care to be informed about who they are voting for, and vote by feels, men and women alike. More men do seem to give a fuck about politics, but men along with women keep electing shit politicians. I man look at most politicians from blue states, their whole sale is that normal people cant be trusted with guns or overly sharp knives, cant plan for their own future, cant feed themselves or manage their own money, and this politician is bas…

I have mixed opinions on Donald, but I do love that he came into all these politicians kitchens and started changing the fuck out of their recipies. I liked Ben Carson's responses as well, but I sort of felt like he never really got to talk.

This worked for a friend: a 3-4 day fast with just water and black coffee, followed by a KETO diet. If he keeps it under 20-40gm total of carbs a day and not to many in one sitting he is ok. If he eats carbs or drinks booze it comes back with a hurry. Diet soda causes problems too. So he has to stay low carb forever, or deal with IBS. If you google KETO and IBS there are others who have had various levels of success.
