As a non-citizen living in Germany, I have to admit I’m looking forward to see how the government’s plans work out vis-a-vis the immigrant population, especially any who took up citizenship after they allowed dual nationality a while back. They're great if you also enjoy Tom Clancy style stories. I never was a fan of the books per se, but I did enjoy these shows (spy / military drama themes). I'd also say to start with Reach and then List...if only because Terminal List is more intense. Personal preference though, is all. I'm just a rando Internet person, but if you enjoy the first episode of Reacher, you'll know if you should watch the rest.

Reacher and Terminal List. The men display all, or at least a lot of, the traditional masculine virtues. The female roles are decent too iirc.
