If we go by your specific framework, no a viable baby doesn't exist at conception. I don't know why this is an argument, it's fairly stupid if I'm to be honest, but there. If you remove a 2-month old baby from the womb, it will not survive. That doesn't mean you can kill it. It's still a life not just morally but scientifically. No other line you can draw makes sense

Viability is your definition of human life, not the actual definition. If you have to phrase it so specifically there's no point in even presenting an argument because you won't listen to it. Factually a new life is created at the point of conception. It has its own DNA, it grows and develops just like life outside the womb does, and as it develops from a small clump of cells into a baby it has its own heartbeat, it can hear its mother's voice, and it can feel pain. How is that not a life?

No other point makes sense. The point of birth isn't reliable because babies develop at different rates. Some can easily be born before others, so the line feels very arbitrary. Any other point in-between conception and birth doesn't fit either since it's growing, developing. Something that is growing organically naturally needs to be alive, and that growth begins at conception. It's logically sound. She's right though. Generally speaking men are more physically equipped for fighting and war. It bothers me so much that standards are being lowered to accommodate women because it means the military overall will be weaker. Representation shouldn't matter because strength should be priority. If women want to join, fine. I would just hope they reach the same standards as men instead of having those standards lowered to accommodate.

I think everyone should have their heads on a swivel and are capable of protecting themselves. Unfortunately women generally aren't as strong as men physically, a gun is their best form of protection. The way I see it, if more women carry guns, less women are getting raped and sexually assaulted. I also think it's pretty awful to think you need to teach men not to rape, like we're ingrained from day one to abuse women when that's far from the case.

I've never seen people hear justifying rape or saying it was the woman's fault for getting raped. Women can take precautions like keeping their head on a swivel or carrying a handgun, but it's never the victim's fault when they're raped. How do we know they happen if they'r unreported? The moment law enforcement know they happen, they get reported. Also if people don't report that they've been raped, they're only contributing to their own suffering. As for incarceration rates, a lot of rape cases are difficult to judge because they're reduced to he-said she-said arguments.
