2	Toronto Police threatened to arrest me for pursuing a Regulatory complaint against health professional. The Detective advised me to withdraw the complaint and informed the Regulatory Body that the complaint was vexatious. The college should and probably will give little weight to their comments. The seriousness of the complaint warrants investigation. Law enforcement has no jurisdiction in the matter. 19	What are they advocating for? A ban on air conditioning? One of the hospitals near me have higher infection rates in surgeries because the nurses, that do basically nothing in the OR, feel cold so turn up the heat instead of putting on a layer. The OR is supposed to be cool to reduce infection rates. I know a surgeon passed out on 4 different occasions mid procedure because the heat was set too high. I worked with a guy that was retraining to be a welder. He was a degree qualified registered nurse. He never went into the specifics, but he said couldn’t handle the gossiping/bullying among the women.
