Ants can lift 50-times their body weight, if you have an ant which weighs 1gm and another that weighs 2gm(I have no clue how much ants weigh, just trying to explain my point), you can't "prepare" the one which weighs 1gm to lift 100 gms (100 times its body weight) because the other ant can do so.
