It's Roman, with a very severe Soviet influence, plus a very lazy police and legal system. Technically there is a way but we consulted multiple attorneys and it would drop immediately. He has to do it again otherwise there is no basis, that's due to the laziness of the police mostly, they don't wanna deal with that.

On the last point, no I don't know him personally. Anyone who tried to contact him he has blocked and the ones that are willing have the same mindset and are crazier than him. He has been told multiple times that she has a boyfriend and even before we knew each other that she doesn't want to do anything with him.

We tried multiple times with the letters, the time he tried to break in, she went to the police and there is a case that was made from back them. They told her, he needs to do it again, for a restraining order. Since then he has only put love letters, tried to stalk her online and was seen just cruising I her neighborhood they can't issue a restraining order. We document everything even the chat logs.

Unfortunately they don't care about the dozens of laetters, the attemps to break in someone's, sure they made it a "case" in the PD, but he had no consequences and they can't even issue a restraining order. Wish this was the US sometimes, one attempted break in and this is the end of it.

Hi Guys, my girlfriend who I''ve been with for more than an year and a half has a crazy high school ex who joined a Muslim cult after they broke up at high school (when they were 17-18) and has been stalking her messaging her even trying ti break into her house for the last year and a half, a little prior before I knew her (She is 22 now) The Police won't do shit, becuase now he just leaves love letters etc and that is not warranted as harassment where I live.
