You're a Christian in your own mind only, man.

If you have to resort to the heavy DT tactics to get her respect and willing sexual access, you must have screwed up somewhere else along the way. Maybe your starting point was extra weak or something. Then again, I'm one of those little humble Christians.... Consider that many of the conservative Christians who aren't totally feminized are already half way there. And Christians had the blueprint before RP was a glint in a pickup artist's eye. My wife and I had "submit" and "head of your home" i…

Good post. Too many of those videos will warp your worldview. Women aren't more fallen than men. Weak blue-pilled men are just as fallen and distorted pictures of the image of God as entitled feminists are.

Yeah I'm currently doing the 1 gram protein/ 1 lb body fat. It's hard to get it all in. I start out the day with four eggs cooked. But no way no how do I have the loins to do em raw! Not even Rocky could do twenty raw!

I'm gonna be honest you lost me at "I was drinking twenty raw eggs a day"!!

Physical - Body weight 213lbs Deadlift - 370, 1rm Bench - 235, 5x5 I'm feeling and looking good. Wife digs it. Other women notice me again. While my physical progress has helped my marriage and confidence lot, I know that it has also brought temptation and at points has become nearly an idol. I was not prepared for this. The devil is so good at what he does. Mental/Emotional: I have overcome a lot of passive aggressive/needy/clingy/over emotional behavior which has helped me in every sphere of m…

Read "Married Man Sex Life Primer" by Athol Kay and also "Saving a Low Sex Marriage: A Man's Guide to Dread, Seduction and the Long Game" by The Bluepill Professor. I don't endorse everything in either book but the basic mechanics of game and attraction are in those. Just explore the whole side bar and your questions will be answered.

Lifting, controlling the frame in my interactions with her, gaming her.

Just to clarify, I include obeying God and not fearing her as part of what is required to keep the marriage healthy. With a reasonably decent woman, becoming what God wants me to become (a God-fearing man with both a spine and a heart) is something she will desire. Ironically the second I start to try to please her rather than God she starts to lose respect.

Tightrope seems like a good illustration. If I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing, the relationship is passionate and relaxed. But the second I get out of balance it starts to feel like I'm leaning on a tight-rope. I do believe there is always hope for the people of God. There will be truly devoted and Godly women out there in the next generation who will not submit to feminism.

I think the solution for the Christian husband is just to be on mission, to lead her, to love her, to make that woman feel something. If you ever had her heart to begin with, and today you're giving her a masculine and loving head to follow, she will shudder at the thought of leaving you. But the game is going to be much harder and with much more to lose for modern man. We cannot slack off an inch.

First time OYS. I am going to try the OYS to keep track of my progress. The last six months have been thrilling but hazy. Hopefully putting it in black and white helps me gain clarity. Encouragement/challenge is welcome. Physical: I've been lifting heavy for four or five months. Have lost twenty lbs and look and feel a lot better. Starting to struggle with old shoulder injury. Started at 238lb, and have plateaued at 218. I still want to lose 15-20lb more. Have been too lazy/busy to walk for card…

My wife rarely tests me anymore. But when she does it's just anything she says in a disrespectful tone. For example. In the past she might have said in a snotty way, 'maybe if you helped clean up around here more I'd be in the mood more.' She actually used to give me the 'do more chores and I'll probably sleep with you more' line. And in the past I would have gotten all butthurt about it and in a raised voice said something like "maybe if I was a stay at home mom I would!" Or "you just don't wan…

Agreed. It is counterintuitive. And it is powerful and amazing. But it is really not counterintuitive to nature and reality in which the strongest bull gets to mate with the cows. It's only counterintuitive to modern feminist brainwashing which has existed for about a century. Before that, pretty much everyone had redpill knowledge. Furthermore, I'd correct about the macho forcefulness and brawn observation. At the end of the day I'm still a dorky dad who deeply loves his wife and does want to g…

I do get what you are saying. And I'm definitely seeing our sex life amplified into our day to day life. The whole dynamic has shifted. It's like the sex is a microcosm of the marriage. It's deep magic for sure. I'm becoming who I truly am, without fear; and in turn she's opening up. She has become more feminine, sweeter. Earlier in our marriage she would sort of force herself to respect me (most of the time! Ha!). Now she wants me to lead her. It's crazy. Our intimacy is so much deeper. We know…

"Relax". Yeah, I think I need more of that. I've been pretty intense since this all started. RP sort of followed an early midlife crisis, so it's been balls to the wall. And just the figuring out what I need to put in place and the fact that straight RP can really mess your mind up without Godly wisdom to accompany it. This is an intense transformation. I think you're cotton picking right, man. I probably do need to chill a bit!!!

Makes sense. I know I definitely need to take more leadership than I have. Cap'n has been a bit tipsy. Maybe I'll just do more overseeing/planning and let her do the day to day bill paying. I just don't have time for a couple months, so I'll have to figure it out. How have you worked out the financial stuff, Red?

The amazing thing is that I'm probably only finished with 1/3 of the transformation that I think I need to make. For now she's still overseeing most of the bills/finances. I'm planning to take over in 2 months when I've got more time. I've still got 15 lbs more fat to lose and fitness to gain. I've still got to internalize a lot of my role as a man. Some days I'm still sorta faking it. Some days I catch myself slipping into butthurt passive aggressive behaviors and have to catch myself. But I'm …

I agree with what you said here. Dude's gotta have a spine. If he doesn't have a spine he isn't the head of the wife.

I think you're coming at things from standard RP. Christianity commands husbands to lead and love their wives and wives to respect and submit to their husbands and for neither to withhold sex from the other (Eph 5:22-33, 1 Cor 7:3-5). Once married these are already owed to the other spouse regardless of imperfect behavior. Divorce is off the tables. RP principles basically help men to become the kind of man for whom it is natural for a woman to desire and want to submit to. It brings passion whe…

I don't see it as being in her frame to lead her into something you know she and you both like. She didn't know how much she was going to like it before I led her there. And I would be a drunk captain if I were to only take my wife to Indian Restaurants because that's what I like even though she hates it. I think this approach to RP goes too far and is a bit autistic.

For most of our marriage, my wife and I had mostly gentle, cautious sex in which neither of us really expressed our deeper desires. I was usually afraid to just take her and lead her in the bedroom. For her part, she was too bashful to tell me what she really wanted. Today I am dominant in the bedroom (and in our marriage). Rather than ask if she wants to have sex, I tell her with a smirk what I'm going to do to her when I get home. Then I do it. She absolutely loves it. The whole approach turns…

Redpill doesn't say to awkwardly grope women that you are attracted to while drunk. Sheesh.

Oh they'll still slap a turd upside your head. I think some of of the tendencies of redpill are a bit nuts, and so I just defecate that part out like I do with the funky parts of every other ideology. So much within redpill is vital and needed, however; so I'm thankful for it. In my view AWALT only really truly applies to the biological nature of women. Like so many naturalistic ideologies, it leaves out the spiritual component of people. While all women are affected by hypergamic impules, thank…

By about the third minor change my wife and I had gone from a nearly dead bedroom to going at it like rabbits. Feels like we're in love again. We've been married fourteen years, but it only took two weeks to begin a major shift in my marriage. I can't believe how clueless I've been for most of my life.
