It’s actually a popular sentiment. Adam Smith put it best, “It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker, that we can expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own interest.” Hardly a radical idea. The black dollar was a force to be reckoned with, and helped the community gain representation. I’d like you to answer my question though, how long would an enterprise last if they lost 75% of their consumer basis? I’m genuinely curious since you seem to suggest it h…

African Americans represented at least 75 percent of Montgomery’s bus ridership. The boycott lasted 381 days. Are you saying there wasn’t a significant economic impact? Have you ever ran a business? Try losing 75% of your customer basis for a year. You’re high if you think it didn’t matter, lol. Source: https://www.history.com/topics/black-history/montgomery-bus-boycott However, you’re right in one thing I did choose a poor example. The bus boycott was a public service, and not a private busines…

I did...learn to read. I said “Not okay, hence I would stop using the bus service.” It’s a mute point because it’s never happened and it’s extremely unlikely any business would last with those polices. Why do you hate freedom? What’s wrong with women making a taxi company exclusively for women? I bet you called the cops when you didn’t get invited to parties in college too, huh? You whinny taint.

Great another WHAT IF argument. Can you point to any historical examples at all? If you think a bus service could treat half the population like shit and still make profits you’re fucking delusional. Stop pulling shit out of your ass. The same shit happened to blacks during the Civil Rights movement. Guess what? Black people started car pooling, and it hurt the bus industries bottom line, causing them to revert the policy. No government intervention. No end of Jim Crow. Money was their motivator…

Yeah nice “what if” argument but sure I’ll bite. Last time I checked my legs still work, and rain doesn’t make me melt. I’ll carry cash and start pulling out bills until I convince that independent driver to go off the clock. If I live in such a piss poor rural area that taxis are that scarce then I should’ve planned accordingly. Holy shit. Edit: Typos

Ehh, it’s sexist but I don’t have a problem with it. If this lady wants to run a business for only women then she should be allowed too. The same should be true vice versa. People are too soft nowadays. If this ladies company doesn’t want our money, then that’s on them, lol.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
